Terrible customer service tried cashing a check that was valid from a settlement and the guy refused to cash it before it was even signed or anything says my check is old but my check is good for 180 days which it hasn’t been anywhere near that and he refuses to call the number on the check to verify it DO NOT GO HERE the man is very rude

The owner was extremely helpful and accommodating to my needs. He made the process of cashing my check Quick and easy with zero hassle. I will never go anywhere else to cash my checks especially because you’re able to pay your bills there as-well all in one shot. Their services were greatly appreciated and super friendly staff

Recently came back to cash pay checks and young girl is very polite and quick. Stopped coming year or so ago cause man was always rude for no reason. Happy that the young girl is there now so I don't have to drive out of town like I was doing before.

Very racist and rude. I’ve seen so many bad reviews for this place and was told not to go but did anyway. The ignorance is real. I’m a post foster child and I get a monthly stipend and they didn’t believe me took my checks and looked up my information and everything to see if I was lying. They kept looking at me like I was a mut. I do not appreciate this behavior. I will warn others.

Wouldnt cash my check becuase i signed it outside and accidentally checked mobile deposit. I didnt even deposit it yet and had yhe nerve to argue with me. How dare you! Poor customer service and very rude

You call and ask them if they can do something and they say yes. Then when you get there, the machine is broken or they don't do that kind. Basically a laundry mat with a grumpy, lazy security guard.
