“There is simply no other place like My Mailbox Store! They do it ALL, they accept packages, sign and hold packages, help with literally any shipping need you might have. I recently ordered 4 new phones from Verizon and had them all sent here. I didn't know this but Verizon shipped the phones in 3 shipments that required signature (2 were UPS and 1 was FedEx) and I knew they would all be handled by the team, no need to wait at home for a delivery all day. They went above and beyond to meet all my shipping needs and the team I dealt with was extremely personable and accommodating, shout out to Terry/Jeff/Ivy. “This was my 1st time using Navis pack & ship & it won’t be my last !! They showed extra care for giant my crystals . Navis came in like “a knight in shining armor” .. They took the job last minute . My moving company who said they could do it , backed out at the last minute , the day that I closed & had to be out of my house for the new owners to move in.. of course I panicked & then by brother called Navis in Los Angeles, we spoke to Elin Perez , she said they were about to close & then , said “don’t worry we’ll be there in 20 min” .. They came right away , got the crystals , crated them up & shipped them out from Los Angeles to their sister store on the east coast . This is where it gets juicy!! In comes Dan Cramer , Owner & boss man of (Navis Pack & Ship #PA1104) , not only did Dan come in like the greatest super hero of all times , he eased all of my concerns about how we were going to get my 1800 pound geode through the front door if my new home ..Dan delivered , No drama , no chaos , just a new platform for my giant geode & an easy move for my precious stones !! I am beyond grateful for Elin , Dan and the fellas on his team !! If I ever had to move anything again , I’m definitely calling Navis Pack & Ship !!
