Was in today, the person behind the counter (im not sure if it was a male or female) was just kinda sitting at the register. When I came to buy my items the person directed me to the self pay kiosk. Wasn't very polite about it either. Won't be going back, bad costumer service.

I went there to get checked my car battery. I was wait patiently then finally I was able to ask someone. A lady told me okay let check the battery she asked me how to do . How to do???? If I know that I wouldn't go there. She connected the thing she used and she said your battery died it's 0%. That is interesting because I am still driving my car. They were not helpful and nice at all. I felt I was bothering them. So that is my experience.

Would give 0 stars if I could had my customer order a starter which they were told would be there at 12 pm the next day. My customer messaged me to go get the starter and at 2:17 pm starter was still not there, customer service sucks and if you give a time for a part to be in then have it there at that time not 4 or 5 hours later

It's you typical Autozone but it's usually stocked better than the other local places.

My experience was terrible when I met James I stood there for five minutes with no acknowledgement, he couldn’t tell me what the codes meant when another employee asked him he said I don’t know ! The other girls Kenzi and Jules were so nice to me, they could see I was frustrated with him and stepped in to help. Not too many young people working retail are nice these days but they were fantastic! Thanks girls.
