Brendan showed up on time and with a smile. He quickly addressed every issue we had on our list and then, happily handled everything else we thought of as we went through our issues. Throughout the entire consult, he was friendly and thorough. He even found issues we were unaware of. After the walk thru he sat and prepared an estimate on the spot and even took the time to walk is through every aspect of it so we understood what our options were. Absolutely wonderful service. We cannot wait to book our services with DK and have our home safely and correctly back in order. Thank you Brendan and DK for easing our minds.

I contacted DK Electrical Solutions to inquire about having an electric attic fan installed to replace the turbine (whirlybird) type that was currently on my roof. They promptly replied to my request and I was able to set up an appointment for someone to come out.
On the day of my appointment Brendan and his partner (sorry I never got his name) arrived promptly at 8am and took a look at the job at hand. After evaluating what needed to be done, I got a quote right on the spot. I was happy with the estimate and they got right to work removing the old fan and installing the new one.
After the install was complete they cleaned up all trash and debris leaving the area nice and tidy.
At the end of the install, Brendan did a courtesy inspection of my electrical service outside of my home and found that the insulation was starting to break down, potentially corroding the wires and getting into the service panel. I am very grateful for that inspection and making me aware of this issue.
Overall I am super happy with the customer service I received, the pricing, and the installation. Thank you!

Excellent customer service. Prompt calls to inform of arrival, prompt arrival, and stellar work. Fixed my Tesla charger very quickly and easily. Wore the booties inside my house and more importantly,
took them off when outside (even though it is a pain...I appreciated that!). Had a friendly demeanor, and an eagerness to resolve the issue. Can't ask for more than that!

Barry was awesome. He was able to quickly diagnose the problem, which turned out to be a faulty smoke detector that was hidden in a piece of furniture. Barry was very professional and friendly. He gets 5 stars from me.

I had Dk Electrical Solutions Inc install an attic gable vent fan in my home. The process was fairly quick and easy. Be advised, they don't do free estimates but they are easy to work with and usually ahead of schedule as far as arriving for appointment (but they will call you and make sure you're okay with an early arrival!). The only eeal issue I had was the warranty on the equipment (the fan/parts, etc.). There is no real warranty paperwork, just the installation instructions that come with the fan. That little "manual" has a number on the front page and that identifies your particular unit. I was told to keep that instruction paperwork so that I'd have that ID number if the fan ever needed service. My issue is that nowhere does it say what the actual warranty is (length of years, what's covered, etc.). I think that the installers should have been able to input that ID number into their computer and have it added to my account so that they also have it if I ever need service in the future. That is my only issue with the service from Dk Electrical Solutions Inc. Overall, they did a great job from the super friendly lady I always spoke to on the phone to the guys who did the estimate and installation. 3 thumbs up to Dk Electrical Solutions Inc.

DK Electrical Solutions did some work for me in May which seemed fine. Spent around $2k for 4-5 hours work. Called back a few weeks later when I found a small issue. Submitted a request on May 18. Took until May 24 to schedule June 5 10am-noon. On June 5 I waited until 12:30 but still no service, no call from DK Electrical Solutions. Ran out for a quick run to the store and finally a text from DK Electrical Solutions at 12:55 that Barry would be there in 20 minutes. Texted back that I would be back at 1:30 and since I hadn't heard from them I had run to the store. Got back home at 1:27, no serviceman. Texted back to them and they told me they moved him on. So for 10-15 minutes of possible wait time for the serviceman due entirely to DK Electrical Solutions schedule protocols, he was not there. And, get this, I had to ask them what happened, DK Electrical Solutions didn't tell me they changed the schedule. I asked for an estimate of when he would be back and they had none. Being that I was going to my daughter's music concert later that afternoon, it wouldn't work for me and I asked for the first thing the next day. DK Electrical Solutions said the best they could do was 6 days later or cancel my service call. I opted for cancellation. And a few minutes later DK Electrical Solutions called because they didn't want me to be upset. LOL. I said they couldn't change that but they could change the results. They stood firm in their position and just didn't understand a call or text from DK Electrical Solutions was needed BEFORE the noon window expired. Bottom line: if time and customer service is not important to you, then DK Electrical Solutions may do some decent work for you. If time and customer service is important, I would move on and look for someone else other than DK Electrical Solutions.
Response to company response: If you did reach out to me when you knew you could not meet the agreed upon time, please tell me the time, number of times and manner. I see nothing on my phone or email to indicate that is true.

Barry and George are terrific. They arrived on time, took a look at my non-working attic fan, worked up a quote, had a new fan in their truck, removed the old fan and installed the new one, and cleaned up everything within 1 hour. Just can't beat that kind of service! A+

Brendan was very professional and took the time to assess our lighting/fan situation and offer suggestions. He installed the new unit without difficulty and made sure that it worked properly. He left the room spotless after his work.
