It was extremely pleasant and inviting. The staff was promp,attentive and most polite. The office lady was nice n well versed in autos. I will bring my vehicles here from now on. That explained whatever was asked n took care of us n r car as if family and their car. Highly recommend using them

Friendly, skilled, honest, professional, and affordable.
Went there for some emergency control arm work on my vehicle. They took a look, confirmed what needed to be done. Gave an honest quote. Didn’t try to push other other repairs. And had my car back up and running sooner than I’d hoped for.
I’ll absolutely head back for future repairs.

Place is a very shady ran business it’s stunk of marijuana always have a attitude anytime we’ve called always told there busy but it’s the same cars everyday nothing ever moves owner is a very hostile guy always so on edge told me $1000 bucks to smoke test my vehicle I’ve called for a tow an I’ve been told truck isn’t running and watched it drive past me kinda weird I’ve always paid cash never had issues till recent

The owner and his crew are cool people, they always help you understand the work that needs to be done at a very good price. The mechanics here know what they are doing and they won’t rip you off or do anything shady to your vehicle. You could 100% rely on the work they do and the parts they use to fix your car. Good place to go for repairs for a good price, they also offer tow services if your car breaks down. Good place to go if you ever need work done.

Nice people when you can actually get face to face or on the phone with them. Took my SUV their because I had a squeal so they changed my serpentine belt and puller the next day and it was quick, however after picking the SUV up I noticed the squeal was still there. I called a few days later and told them I would drop it off again and no one was there during normal business hours so I left keys in drop off box. After a couple hours of not hearing from them I called 3-4 times throughout the day and no answer. Went back before they close (11:45am on a Saturday even though their signs says 2pm) and no one was there. Noticed my car was moved so I thought maybe they checked it out. My car was left unopened with the keys inside and no one to be found. I took my SUV back home and still no one has called about it. I am disappointed because I spent almost $500 and my car is still not fixed. If I was having another issue all I wanted was for them to tell me but I feel like they ghosted me... Still having the same issue. I will take the car somewhere else.

BEWARE!!
Took my truck here to get the rear main seal done. When my truck was done, I took a trip to the store before heading home. While in the stores parking lot, I noticed a rod knocking sound. I immediately took my truck back. Come to find out, Mike the "mechanic" didn't tighten up my fly wheel bolts. These specific bolts not being tight could have blown my trans and much more. I have 2 kids that ride in this truck. What would have happened had my trans blown while on the highway ????
Thank God I pay attention to my vehicle.
Either they are incompetent OR money hungry. THINK ABOUT IT? Me having a blown transmission wouldn't benefit ANYONE but Undercover Auto's POCKETS.
I know I'm NOT the only customer that has had an issue like THIS.

This review is based solely on customer experience as I ended up fixing my vehicle on my own. However, when I called the gentleman I spoke to, was very helpful and gave me the price of my requested service right off the bat. Very quickly helped me decide that I could do the project on my own saving me over $200 in the process.

Jerry and his guys at the shop are some of the most down right honest people you would meet. The prices are way cheaper than everywhere else but offers the same quality of work. We have gone to them for about 5 years and Everytime the work is done right and at a amazing price. Had a 2007 Honda Accord the ball joint snapped causing the cv axel to come out of the mounting point and causing a bit of damage almost everywhere else it would've costed about 700-750 dollars they did the job in 2-3 hours for 550 I would highly recommend going to them if you need anything done to your vehicle.

If I could give this place zero stars I would lifted my truck up improperly the tech working on it even admitted he didn’t have to right tools to be lifting it until afterwards tech was extremely dirty and rude was playing on his phone most the time my truck was pulled in will never bring another one of my vehicles here again or even recommend it to anyone take your business elsewhere

They charged me $32 for an oil change I've never had an oil change that cheap before they hands down have the best prices around I would highly recommend coming here to get your vehicle fixed
