They do a very nice job BUT they are grossly overpriced; they replaced heels on a pair of shoes & charged $25!! I went to another shoe repair shop requiring the same fix...they charged $12 & my shoes look just as good as those I paid more than double for. Needless to say, I will not be going back to Agabiti's.

I took a pair of boots in today to have the heel repaired on one. Contrary to what I had thought, the shop attendant told me the issue was minor and could be easily fixed. He took the boot and made the repair there and then and refused payment afterwards. On top of that the two guys working in the store were very friendly and great to talk to.I will be using these guys from now on and can’t recommend them enough.

So happy I found this place.I almost threw away my favorite Gucci handbag but my friend recommended I take it to Agabiti's and that was the best thing I could have done. The bag looks brand new after they redid the complete opening with new leather trim. Thanks Rich so much!?

3rd generation Cobbler. If your shoe can be repaired at all, they can do it. Also handbags repaired too. Free evaluation if it can or should be repaired.

Everyone I dealt with was respectful and helpful but, this is the absolute worst cobbler work I have ever seen. Tiny machine nails for the heel, NO GLUE, and stitching where stitching should not be, and stitching that runs off the side of the boot. The stitching on the right boot is good, and doesn’t go around the heel but on the left boot the stitching continues halfway around the heel and abruptly runs off the boot as if whoever was working on it forgot what they were doing. The improper stitching was stained to try and hide the mistake. The biggest grievance is both boots fell apart after only six hours. I brought the boots to another cobbler to see if they can be fixed, and he found enough issues in a couple of minutes to warrant a complete re-do. Do not come here.

Great place. I took my old boots there to be cleaned up and when I got them back they looked brand new! They did a great job and the cost was minimal.

I brought a pair of shoes over to replace the worn rubber on the bottom. The sole was a little different than usual and the work completed was done incredibly well and quickly also. Shoes look better than they did when new.

How do I love this business? Let me count the ways. Seriously, I love Agabiti's Pennington Cobbler, and they're faster now than they have ever been. (Covid may have reduced the backlog.) (1) They fixed my favorite hiking boots. I should have taken a "before" photo. The soles were hanging off and they looked just awful. It was like bringing in a Gremlin and getting back a Maserati. See the photo. (2) Where else can you get this service? We're a disposable nation, but I spend a lot on shoes -- and, when I finally find comfortable shoes, I like to keep them. (3) It's locally run by craftsmen. Again, where else does this exist? (4) There's free street parking nearby. (5) They turned my boots around in one week. (6) I usually take my loafers to Agabiti three of four times until they can be repaired no longer. Then I wear them for yard work. I see that other reviewers frequently repair stilettos. There's something else going on in Pennington. Who knew?

This is a wonderful shop. The owner and staff are professional, friendly, helpful and honest. The repairs are well-done. I recommend this place highly.

This place got rave reviews. I am sorry to say that I would never take a pair of designer shoes here. My Valentino sandals-the heel color is completely different and does not match the unrepaired shoe. I'm talking a chunkier heel not a stiletto. So the color difference is very obvious. These are 1300 dollar shoes whose heel needed to be repaired. He needed to put a nail in and somehow the heels are different in color. It looks like he spray painted the shoe gold when they are originally pewter. These shoes are permanently ruined. The left is the original color and the right is what he "repaired."
