Michael is the ATT amazing employee as he runs this store. He was patient, incredibly knowledgeable, and persistent assisting with transferring my phone number from Verizon to ATTHe easily managed my challenging phone issues while waiting on multiple customers. This was about the best service I’ve received in a very long time!!!

Stopped in because my calls were constantly dropping and losing data connection recently. I requested to exchange our SIM cards to make my signal better. It didn't resolve my issue 100% but she explained on-going poor tower connections in the area. Kahla who helped us was very professional and courteous! Great customer service with a smile.

Worse ever, tried to open an new account and the computer read error. It did the same thing to the lady in front of me who was trying to take over her late husbands account. It failed to help either of us. The guy that was working that day was pleasant and understanding, that was the experiences only saving grace.
