Tried to open a checking account w them and they told me they couldn't help me and offered to send me a link to do it online. I already have USAA for online banking, just need a brick and mortar bank but either I'm a boomer or this bank isn't interested in actually doing any customer service.

I entered this bank to close an account and withdraw remaining funds when I encountered one teller working. I stood in line for 15 minutes with only one person in front of me. When encountering teller and giving my Chase atm card along with drivers license I was advised that he (the teller) would need to get bank manager Diana involved. While waiting for another ten minutes while the teller fetched the manager I observed numerous people pull up in the drive through banking area wait for extended periods and pull off very angry due to a lack of assistance.
I was then advised by the bank manager that I could not withdraw my funds due to a problem with the computer. When I asked bank manager Diana why everything is so slow she told me they were short of staff.
She was unable to release my funds and advised me that I would have to come back another time.
Never again will I bank with Chase it is always understaffed and bank employees are very unhelpful. The unprofessionalism at this bank is terrible.

Alexia was knowledgeable and helpful during my appointment. She was clear about the facets of a checking account and answered any and all of my questions. Finances can be a headache but she made my banking experience at Chase very pleasant.

Very unprofessional notary. Person does not understand that her goal is just to notarize the signature of the client. I tried to notarize simple documents two times and neither one of them was successful. Across the street in UPS store I did it without any problems.

There is one teller (associate banker) in particular that is extremely personable. She brightens so many people's days by simply sharing a smile, asking about their day, and giving them her genuine attention. I have witnessed her ability to connect with others on multiple occasions and I have experienced it myself. Jasmillie is the reason I rated this location so highly. I hope you all get to encounter her. Aside from her, the bank is typically understaffed which may result in waiting times. When I would visit there would be consistent issues with the ATM which has been persistent for months. Additionally, due to fruad, Chase's system has implemented a surplus of authentication features that Tellers, and even branch mangers, often cannot override. So if you run into this, please give them some grace. Overall, a great branch filled with caring people.

Don’t waste ya time. It’s not a real bank for actual people. No tellers and atm is broke or not giving out cash most of the time. Im so mad. Then it’s 10am and not even drive thru open. It’s the only chase around here.

Have had two occasions recently to go inside the bank to work with a banker. They have been very accommodating and helpful. I am doing more banking with them after having so many bad experiences with my other major bank of 20 years who have less helpful and less nice people working there. Chase facility is very spacious and nice also.

The Pennington branch of Chase Bank, a true bastion of dependable service in an uncertain world. Though my experience with other branches has been a wild ride, this establishment has remained steadfast in their commitment to excellence. While I conduct most of my banking online, I am always struck by the personal touch displayed by the employees when I do visit in person. They seem to remember me, not just as a customer, but as a fellow human being. In a world where everything is becoming increasingly automated, the Pennington branch of Chase Bank reminds us that there is still value in the human touch.

Unfortunately, this is a poorly managed branch. We walked in to make an appointment and returned for the appointed time, but there was no record of the appointment. Very unprofessional, particularly when we were speaking with the same banker that supposedly made the appointment. There is another customer here that is having problems with their small business customer banking because this branch did a poor job issuing a check.

Had a number of transactions to complete. Narind, one of the bankers there was so helpful. He explained everything clearly. All the staff I have met at this branch have been so pleasant and helpful.
