“The end of my internet saga… so my husband had a meeting & couldn’t get on the internet & no video games for anyone. I basically was packing my red & white scarf to put on a hobo stick… BUT… I called Jon 360 Tech Solutions who very kindly came over to check out the situation & FIXED IT!!! OH YES HE DID!!He came back today to set up other equipment to make the house fully internetable, (I think I’ve invented a new word!) & now… everyone in my family thinks I’m cool again! Even the guinea pigs! I can’t say enough good things about 360! Very professional, fast & knowledgable. Jon has probably saved my marriage, my sanity & proved that I really shouldn’t be touching important stuff I know nothing about. I wasted a whole day & lots of money (that I got back when I returned the items). 360’s pricing is really reasonable ~ I should have just called Jon in the first place… Once our event venue is up & running I’ll be calling him again!”

“I have been with metro since 2016 and have been to many different stores and received decent customer service as well as terrible. Yesterday I came to this store with bad information from customer on chat, and Andre and Maribel did ABSOLUTELY EVERYTHING they could to help and fix my situation. They showed me nothing but respect and value as a customer for so long and I can't thank either one of them enough for the dedication, patience and knowledge they exuded to get me back to the freedom of having a phone and access to the outside world. I'm truly grateful for the both of them. They went out of their way to make me feel appreciated and respected and I will forever be grateful. This seems like a reach, but I was in a true bind and they understood my issue and dire need and took heed and action to help me to the best of their ability! 20 fkn stars. A friendly gentleman was able to remove the piece that was stuck and did not charge me for the service. I highly recommend them for your needs. “This business is located at 1589 reed road in Pennington. The Ewing address is wrong. The owner Paul is a super nice guy, he has a ton of experience and they do phenomenal work! I'm very skeptical about the other review I notice on here. The guy is from Florida and yet he seems to get around an awful lot to trash businesses. Just look at the reviews he's posted especially the where and when's. I asked Paul about the review when I spoke with him. He's never had any dealings with the guy. What a joke that review should be removed.”

“The people at this 7/11 are just different. I go here at least 4-5 a week since it close to work and EVERY SINGLE TIME I walk in… I get greeted hello (no matter if they are mopping, in the back where I can’t see them, or at the register. I get greeted hello and how’s it going.Absolutely intrigued by the manager and the workers for making small moments be impactful. Since it’s an on the go process I love the fact they just make this 7/11 warm and welcomed.I would not write this review if it was not worth it. I hope the staff here gets recognized by their superiors”

The staff is friendly and accommodating, but the behavior of the management leaves something to be desired. Despite this, the store boasts a vast selection of items, making it an ideal destination for those who enjoy browsing. The fresh produce section is well-stocked and the Starbucks conveniently located at the entrance is a nice touch. In addition, there is ample parking available in the front of the store, making it easy to come and go.”
