“Isaiah was extremely knowledgeable, professional and considerate. He worked tirelessly to ensure my issue was rectified and he went the extra mile to provide the best service. While I was there, I was, unfortunately, witness to a customer treating one of the service technicians (Adam) very badly. He had the patience of a saint and deserves a raise in pay. The customer acted arrogantly and gave the impression that she spoke only to impress herself. Adam was the consummate gentleman. Two exemplary employees.”

“If I could give 10 stars I would. I upgraded from an iPhone 8 to an iPhone 16. The staff is absolutely awesome. They took their time helping me, showing me, and explaining everything to me. “Last night my husband and I stopped in the store to switch my phone over from T-Mobile to his plan with Verizon. After we arrived, we were quickly greeted by SteveN. He was so friendly, professional and knowledgeable right from the start. He went over our plan, phone and financial options in an easy to understand way, without ever making us feel like he was just trying to sell us something. While we were waiting for the data to transfer to my new phone, he was easy and fun to talk to which made the wait go by faster.
