“So far, so good! Was able to get into my unit same day that I ordered it (I went to the unit about 30 minutes after I paid and I had access). The process was so smooth to get started, and was welcomed right away. I was shown how to lock and unlock the unit from the site manager, and it’s been a breeze so far! The site manager, Dave, told me to download the app for Bluetooth access for the gate and that has been amazing. Definitely recommend this site for your storage needs!”

I’ve been using Public Storage at Ewing and Parkside for some time now, and I have to say, Holly is an absolute gem! From the very beginning, she’s provided top-notch customer service. She’s always welcoming, friendly, and attentive, making my experience here a breeze. She genuinely goes above and beyond, and it’s clear she takes pride in her work. Also, a shout-out to her nails—they're stunning! The colors are always on point and they certainly add to her charm. Highly recommend this location and Holly for anyone in need of storage!

“I just got off from work and was trying to get into the gate. My code was not working and I was about to leave when I saw someone come out of the building ready to go home for the day. He saw that I was having trouble and immediately took action by reopening the building, turning on the system, and check what the issue was. He insured that the problem was resolved and showed the upmost professionalism, care, and commitment befitting of his leadership title. “The locker facility itself is good and the protocol is straightforward. Very well kept and the system is organized. However, the customer service is lacking. They are impossible to reach by phone and seem to take extra long lunch breaks. When I went in person, the associate there was incredibly slow, not knowing how to use the scanner, and talked my ear off, explaining every single thing that I did not need to know. However, it got the job done.”

“hands down the BEST movers around!!! these guys had my furniture wrapped and in the truck in about an hour, and this furniture was bulky solid wood! they did it all with a smile on their faces and had the greatest attitudes! i highly highly highly recommend them, they came in clutch when another moving company bailed on me”
