Most of the staff is very nice. That being said, this store is dirty. The restrooms ( yesterday) probably wouldn't pass a NJ PH inspection. The large owner of this store chain has low standards.

Good place to shop in the local community, has a variety of food to buy but mostly expensive compared to ShopRite and ACME which have more and better sales, but that's starting to change and they are competing.

If you do not have a smart phone you cannot take advantage of the “digital” coupons. What a scam. Will choose ShopRite from now on.
And yes, I have spoken with management and they shrugged their shoulders and said oh well.

Used to be my go to grocery store however lately I noticed it’s not the same place I shopped at a few years back. Still a decent store but I find myself going to other stores in the area more often. Make sure when shopping here to look at the expiration and or the best by dates (especially in the freezer section) so you don’t buy anything a day or two from or a month and a half past expiration. I learned that the hard way ?

The cashiers that worked on April 6 at 9 am were very unprofessional and kind of rude.
My stop and shop app was not working properly and I clipped a coupon instead of she doing something to help she was making faces and apologizing to the customer that on line. Other stores when there is a coupon they use the main store card to grant this to customers but this lady instead of helping at least to make my account work she was making faces, very unprofessional and she basically embarrassed me for using the store digital coupon.
