I went in for an appointment I had booked online, at 7:00pm. I understand that may have been late but It was the available time besides 7:30pm. I had been hoping all day that I would be able to get a hair cut after work so when I walked in, I was excited. I was greeted with a sigh and a clear sign that the person cutting hair was tired and did not want another customer. There didn’t need to be words exchanged for that to be clear. May sound silly but I just wanted a “pick me up“ and a hair cut felt like it would have done that. It’s funny because the person who had sighed and was having a bad moment, is normally the one taking care of my hair cut and although they may not remember me, I remember them. What’s even more upsetting was that If I had let that person cut my hair in the mood that they seemed to be in, I probably would have been even more upset by the quality. I gave 4 stars because although today I had made an appointment but ended up immediately walking out, they’ve been okay.

Nicole is the best! She always does my hair exactly how I like it and I was WAY overdue because I kept looking for her specifically.
Hair type: My color was WAY overdue so it cost more but I didn’t mind the extra cost

Love the Pennington facility, and if I try to get an appointment with James.. He is the manager, he is friendly and polite and I always come out feeling it was worth the trip ? also gives great product advice?
Stylist: They are good and trained the same, if James is not there or busy I all go to any one of them. They are all good. But we all hhave our favories.
