My daughters started attending this school about 6 months ago and I informed Ms Tamise my youngest has separation anxiety in which it may take her time to adjust to a new class. To my surprise, my 2 year old was excited to come to school and see Ms Tamise because she genuinely cares and is the face that everyone loves to see entering Hopewell TLE. My baby grew more than a bond with her teacher; she’s excelling and learning so much because she feels comfortable and excited to see what Ms Tamise has in store for them. The best part is seeing Ms Tamise wear the cute outfits and costumes for the kids. They love it.
My 3 year old is in Ms Kumba’s class and she cannot stop talking about her teacher and all the fun things they do. She has increased her vocabulary tremendously and keeps me informed of her progress daily. Ms Kumba
ensures that the kids are learning past what the curriculum provides. Majority of the teachers have been there 5-18 years which shows their dedication to the profession.

I can’t speak more highly of the team at the Hopewell TLE. My son previously went here and now so does my daughter. My daughter’s teachers, Ms. Mise, Ms. Salema and Ms. Delee are amazing.
My daughter is obsessed with Ms. Mise and honestly who wouldn’t be. She brings so much positive energy to the classroom and the facility. She always greets everyone with a huge smile and she is committed to the curriculum. She makes learning fun for my daughter and because of her support my 2yr old is fully potty trained.
Ms. Kumba and Ms. Kay do an amazing job decorating the front area to align with all the holidays, themed months and the TLE learning objectives. They are so creative and it sets the tone from the moment you walk in the door. They always find unique ways to incorporate what the kids are learning and their artwork into the decor. On any given day you may walk in to find anything ranging from a beautiful underwater scene to a rainforest oasis. Absolutely gorgeous! They are an amazing planning committee and last year they put together a beautiful “prom” event for the kids. My son still talks about it to this day.
I also can’t forget, Ms. Georgina. My son will run to her classroom every time we pick up my daughter because he misses his favorite teacher. Ms. Georgina provided my son with so much structure and an amazing foundation. His kindergarten teacher is always praising his knowledge and I attribute that to the care taken by Ms. Georgina to teach him the fundamentals.
If you’re thinking about coming here, don’t hesitate. There are a ton of seasoned teachers here and they do an amazing job.

We are so grateful for the TLE Hopewell team- my daughter started going to TLE at about 3 months old. Ms. Sherilynn is absolutely the best with the infant room, Ms. Tamise and Ms. K we are so grateful for them in the twaddler rooms room, Ms. K honestly is the one we owe for getting her over the hump with potty training and reassuring her the confidence she needed- Ms. Kumba class is great, the children absolutely love her and her class is such a stepping stone in prepping the children moving into preschool room learning their letters , numbers , colors , phonics, writing, to read etc. finally Ms. Sheree and Ms. Georgina really work with children in making sure they are ready for kindergarten - the whole team is just wonderful and appreciative of their patience and time working with the children. Mostly we love how clean the location is, their playground is amazing as well for outside play and looking forward the graduation celebration festivities . Thank you team!!!

The learning experience has been one of the best experiences I've had with child care as a first time mom i was very hesitant on putting my 1 year old in any type of child care but as soon as we viewed this location we feel in love from Ms. Tara, Ms. Kuma, Ms. Elizabeth, and can not forget Ms. Tamece and Zatti they have been so wonderful and open arms from day one and have helped my daughter in communication, they always make her feel loved and like family as soon as we step foot in to the door, all of her classes has been super clean and sanitized and she is always having fun and smiling in each picture i have received. I have seen so much improvement since she has started i would like to thank each of them for their hard work.

My son is in the infant room and I love seeing all the pictures of him through out the day and how big he smiles when he sees Miss. Kay, Miss. Cheralin and Miss Sameera! I’ve been able to see how much he has progressed since starting at TLE. I highly recommend this center!

We have utilized The Learning Experience for 2 years with 2 kiddos. The teachers always seem to love what they do. They are well cared for and always come home happy. They have both learned so much. For the competitive price and great atmosphere, you get more than you could ask for!

TLE has such clean environment, great education, loving atmosphere, dedicated staff and committed teachers. My son has been at the center since he was 9 months old, he is now about to turn 4 years old.

Overdue rating. We had to pull our son out of this school. The facilities are out dated, dirty, and not sanitary. The classes are always out of ratio, and I’ve seen kids being neglected (and in dangerous situations) in the classroom because one teacher couldn’t handle 15 toddlers. Some of the teachers do try hard, but the lack of management and the revolving door of employees got us out of this school. At our new school, we realized how a day care should be operated. The stark contrast between schools solidified why I needed to leave this review for unassuming parents. We pulled him out in November 2023.

As a first time single mom finding a place to care for my daughter while I worked was a difficult decision to make but The Learning Experience made the choice an easy one to live with. We started at TLE when my daughter was about 18 months old and stayed until she was almost 5. The curriculum is age appropriate and enticing for the little ones. She comes home and cant wait to tell me all about her day. They provide all meals throughout the day which is one less thing I worry about and they keep in touch with pictures and updates through the app so I can see how shes doing when im not around. The hours worked perfectly for me working fulltime and we loved seeing Ms. Mise and Ms. Aretha and Ms. Kate every morning at drop off. The staff there have nurtured and watched her grow over the years and the work they've poured into her academically but also emotionally and socially shows! There have been some changes in staff over the years but, Ms. Ro, Ms. "Mise", Ms.Kumba and multiple others have been such a pleasure to work with from the beginning and have brought soo much joy to my baby. Ms. Tanesha, over the last few months, has taken the foundation of TLE and made it even more enjoyable for all the kids AND parents. I loved being openly invited to school events like field day and trunk or treat. We are sad to leave but so glad she got to experience everything she did while there. If I had to do it all over I would gladly pick the TLE team again and again.

This unfortunate email has been long overdue. My daughter was enrolled in this school or a little over a year. In the beginning things were running well and smooth when Ms. Gabby and Ms. Ro were there. After Ms. Gabby left and Ms. Ro was promoted things went quickly downhill. There was a severe lack of communication. Emails don't get responded to. If your child was hurt you wouldn't get a call until late into the afternoon when it was near pick up time. When you did get there to pick up your child you can hear the teachers yelling at the kids from the playground. This doesn't apply to all the teachers. There are many of them who are trying their best and are picking up the slack but it's hard when there is a lack of management. What kind of facility asks the parents to stay in the classroom for a few minutes until they can figure out who can come into the class in for them to get into ratio? The whole place is falling apart. Literally, I witness drywall being picked off the wall by children. I really hope the best for this school for the sake of the children. I gave them about 4 months to get things in order but it never got better.

Not good. The Admin are very disorganized and will not answer their emails or chats in the app. They haven't communicated well since day 1. If you love your children, don't send them there

I enrolled my child in the center after a virtual visit since we were moving from far away. Someone called to confirm my orientation when we moved to the area (they were lovely) however when I showed up the next day the director and regional director were confused as to why I was there and didn’t know I was coming. They asked that I come back another time because they were getting ready to have a fire drill. Since I had nothing else to do that day and I was already there I said I would just go to the parking lot and wait to have the orientation until after the fire drill (20-30 mins)- not a problem at all. I’m so glad I stayed because in this short time I witnessed kids ~1.5-2 years old being yelled at by a teacher for not moving quickly enough and then the regional director yelling at everyone (kids and teachers) that this performance was unacceptable etc. Even if that was the case, that’s to be dealt with with the staff and at best it was unprofessional. But with all the yelling and harsh treatment of the kids, I couldn’t send my child here. I also thought about it for a few day and I felt the treatment of the children was so inappropriate that I called corporate. I would really encourage people to look at other local daycares instead.

Normally I do not do this, but I highly do not recommend any parent to enroll their child at The Learning Experience-Hopewell as well as anyone looking for employment. As a former employee, I would like to say I was truly disappointed in how the company was managed. The director Ms.Tanesha and the district manager Ms.Rowe are very unprofessional and prejudiced! For example, a former employee was leaving and I volunteered myself to be in the toddler A classroom to give it a feel. Ms. Rowe and Ms.Tanesha made it known they would give it some thought because of the language barrier that was going to have an effect with communicating with another teacher. Instead of letting me try and work with the employee, they made it known that they want a Latino employee to work with the toddler teacher who does not speak English. I would also like to make known, Ms.Tanesha is not meant for the director position, on my first day, instead of greeting me and showing me around the school again on my first day, she asked “who are you?” And assigned me to a class that I had to look for on my own! The only person who greeted me and checked up on me to make sure I was okay was Ms.Tamese! Ms. Tanesha’s tone of voice is highly aggressive and speaks to her staff like they are dumbfounded. Classrooms are out of ratio daily, kids are being thrown into classrooms left and right. The toddler B is a 18 months-24months class, but currently has children who are 15 months in the class. Staff has to remind her that they are to young, but she still proceeds to place them in classes they do not belong in. The cook is very unsanitary! I found hair in the veggies, she does not wear a hair net. The director is serving food without lids on the containers. I was looking to enroll my child at TLE, but the classrooms are very nasty. The carpets are filthy. The toys are not age appropriate for my infant daughter. TLE you need to do better with management. Parents are dis enrolling their children and staff are leaving because of how management is being handled.

My son started at TLE during the pandemic at 3 years old. Ms. Ro and staff have been wonderful implementing curriculum and fostering growth and leadership in their students. They have made learning fun and exciting. Sending B off to kindergarten reading and writing with confidence ready to take on the world! We have loved being a part of the TLE family!
