“When you have to deal with car problems it is never fun but the staff and Mavis (3235 Brunswick Pike Lawrencville) always do there best to get you in and out as fast as possible. They are fair and treat their customers with respect and help solve the problem asap. I only bring my car to this spot!”

“A whole piece of my car broke off while I was driving and I brought my car to this location today expecting to pay hundreds of dollars to get it fixed but ended up getting it done for free. The management, the people at the front desk, and others who work there are extremely kind and helpful and wouldn't accept any payment. I tried multiple times to pay with cash or card but was denied each time. Their kindness and generosity has left a lasting impression on me. Will be coming back next time my car has issues. Please feel free to charge me extra then!
Also, as a side note, there is a person below me with the initials K.B. who gave this location a 1 star review - I would like to note that their review is extremely flawed and one sided. I was standing behind this person in line in the morning when I drove my car in to get fixed. They were pretty rude and to be dead honest I was impressed that the front desk and workers managed to talk to him, he was getting on my nerves and wasn't even talking to me. The team was really kind to him the whole time as well. He was borderline screaming the whole time and stormed out the door when a technician brought jumper cables out to help. The jumper cables were brought out in case there was an issue starting the car (as stated by the notes left behind by another technician), not because the car wouldn't start and not because they were trying to sell an extra service.”

“I can’t say enough good things about Champion Tire. I came in with a flat lawn tractor tire and expected to pay several hundred dollars for a brand new one. However, the folks at Champion were able to repair the original tire for only around $30. As a result, they saved me a ton of money. It is so refreshing to see the honesty and integrity of these folks. I am a very thankful customer!”

They quickly found the issues — one tire was patched for just $50, and the other, which was more complicated, had to be replaced. On Thursday’s 11/06 I arrived at this location recommend by my cousin. He said they are honest ppl there and they won’t rip you off. So I when and explained what was going on. “Needed to get my car inspected. My personal choice is a private inspection station. Called in the morning told me to bring the car in arount 12 pm. Arrived at 12 pm and I was good to go by 12:40. Very accommodating by giving me such an early appointment. I can tell the place must be good. You can see it is a thriving business. Highly recommend.”
“After realizing that one of my tires on my 2026 Tesla was low on PSI because of a screw, I decided to give this shop a shot to get it fixed and honestly, they did a great job.
I walked in and was greeted by an associate. I explained the situation, and we agreed on the $30 price. They immediately took my car to the back, almost like a valet service and told the worker to prioritize my vehicle. He went straight to work.
While he was working on it, I made my payment through Zelle and was able to watch the entire repair process. The whole thing took only about 20 minutes, and when I left, the tire repair warning was completely gone.
Overall, it was a great experience, especially for only $30 and a 20-minute wait.
The only downside is that the area is pretty sketchy, and getting back onto Route 1 can be a little challenging, so that might be something to keep in mind for some people.But yeah overall, I had a good experience. I’ll update this review if anything changes or if I run into any issues with the repair.”
“A few years ago, Jimmy and staff replaced four tires
for my sons car before going to college. Recently Phil and Jimmy got my Honda civic an oil change and filter, alignment and 4 new continental tires. The tires came with a mail in rebate offer, free oil change and alignment. The car rides much better and the car drives nice and straight after alignment. Although there are closer Mr. TIres. I felt the staff at this store provide better customer service than other stores.”
“Great customer service. I ordered summer / racing tires. Once the tires came in, a family member dropped my car off for the tires. An employee noticed the ordered and called me to make sure we ordered those tires and to make sure we did not get scammed buying racing tires.
