They told me they would be able to look at it either that afternoon or next day. Within an hour of me getting home, they called and said my car was ready. Squirrel had got in and chewed wires. “I have to give it to everyone at Carlo's! I've been going to them for about a year with our car maintenance. Every time, they did great! No pressure, no overselling, no nonsense and with great customer service.
This last time was amazing. Unfortunately, the part took a couple of days but Carlo's kept us updated. I had to leave out of town and my son was picking it up. Payment went smooth and he drove up to his aunt's with no issues at all!

“Needed to get my car inspected. My personal choice is a private inspection station. Called in the morning told me to bring the car in arount 12 pm. Arrived at 12 pm and I was good to go by 12:40. Very accommodating by giving me such an early appointment. I can tell the place must be good. You can see it is a thriving business. Highly recommend.”
