“So far, so good! Was able to get into my unit same day that I ordered it (I went to the unit about 30 minutes after I paid and I had access). The process was so smooth to get started, and was welcomed right away. I was shown how to lock and unlock the unit from the site manager, and it’s been a breeze so far! The site manager, Dave, told me to download the app for Bluetooth access for the gate and that has been amazing. Definitely recommend this site for your storage needs!”

“The manager is excellent and he is a Keeper. He should train others how they should treat people when they come for a service and the worker, he is also good at his job. They are an excellent team. They were the most pleasant people. Everything was ready and clean as said, They represent U-Haul well. I would recommend U-Haul to my friends/family (because the manager and worker) and the location on Brunswick Ave was prefect.”

“The equipment was in excellent condition and clean, and the service was excellent. This is the second time I've used their services, and it has been excellent both times.”
“I had reserved a 10' truck for the afternoon, but the person who rented that same truck for the morning never returned it. After waiting (my choice) for 20 minutes or so, the apologetic agent offered me a 15' truck for the same price. It was an older, high-mileage truck, but it more than sufficed for my needs. I returned that truck in about 90 minutes (morning renter still had not returned) before the office closed, but the check in system was down. Same agent offered to check me in the next morning w/o additional charge, which he did. Apparently, the morning renter returned the 10' truck to a location in Edison. That location erroneously charged ME for HIS rental; the next day I saw the charge on my CC and called that office. They called the Princeton office to confirm what happened and quickly offered me a full refund for the error. Mistakes happen, and some things (morning renter) are out of their control (I used to work in customer service, so I get it), but everyone I worked with in both the Princeton and Edison locations handled their respective issues quickly and professionally. Thumbs up!”
