I had a great experience at this UPS Store! The staff was incredibly helpful and efficient. I came in with a few questions about shipping a package internationally, and they walked me through the entire process with patience and clarity. They even helped me securely repackage the item to avoid any damage during transit.
It’s clear they care about doing things right and making sure customers leave satisfied. The store was clean, organized, and I was in and out in no time. Definitely my go-to location for shipping needs. Highly recommend!

This UPS store earned 5 stars yesterday when I mistankingly got there several minutes after closing time. They certainly did not have to stay open for me, but they did and I was so appreciative. I was carrying a heavy package and really needed the return off my list. I appreciated them being flexible and going the extra mile for me.

Hands down the very best customer service I have ever experienced---anywhere. I came in with a highly unusual request: shipping a live plant cross-country. The plant, a gardenia, was cherished by my mother, who had passed away, and I was selling the house and couldn't bear to leave the plant behind, donate or toss. Store staff were thoughtful, positive and determined to figure out how best to ship the plant to keep it alive and in one piece. The team spent over two hours meticulously wrapping, padding and building a custom fit box to suit the dimensions of the gardenia and ensure that no damage was incurred during overnight shipping.. I can't say enough good things about the remarkable customer care I received. Truly speaks to the power of creative problem solving, attention to detail and exceptional service to take a transaction from ordinary to extraordinary and keep a customer for life. Thank you!

This is one of the most friendliest UPS store I have been to. The staff is very kind and they're always helpful. I make it a point to come to the store even though it's not the closest to me just because of the service I received it is a plus. They also have services like notary and other things like that

Rude associates that talk about
Customers after they leave.
Today, my 5th time here in a month witnessed her voice her displeasure with customers and how she needed to leave and turned people away cause it would take too long and she wouldn’t be able to make her hair appointment.
Hope corporate intervenes and does some customer service training
Update from 2 years ago,, same experience with the staff very abrasive

Don’t waste your time going to this UPS store - find another one. Just a terrible experience because they were trying to turn a normally free transaction into a purchase transaction.
Here is the lie- I was shipping an item back to Amazon via UPS in a small, clean Amazon box that had no markings on it (except the Amazon logo). I had printed the shipping return label as well. The staffer said she couldn’t accept the shipment because the box was missing some type of DOT stamp on the bottom of the box (sounded very suspect as I’ve used UPS for years and never heard this before - have you?). She said if they accepted the box without this stamp, they would get audited (again - very suspect). Wait for it, there were all kind of Amazon boxes behind the counter that were EXACTLY like mine and being processed for shipment (those boxes clearly didn’t have this DOT stamp either).
And then it got worse - She said one option would be for me to buy a shipping pouch from them (for approx. $5). I cut the tape off my box, pulled out the item and put it in their pouch. Last step - tape my shipping label onto their pouch. Oh but wait - she told me that I can’t use their tape unless I pay for it ($1.99). So now what’s normally a free transaction is going to cost me over $7.
I get it - $7 isn’t breaking the bank but that’s not the issue. The issue is she flat out lied to a customer on a made up policy that she clearly didn’t enforce on other packages that looked exactly like mine. How did it end? I went to the UPS store in Ewing and they processed my shipment using my Amazon box (no questions about a DOT label needed). And they allowed me to use their tape to tape up the box and the label onto the box. All for the grand total of $0.00. One place disrespects & lies to you. The other respects & is honest with you. Where would you take your business?
