Showed up for scheduled passport photo appointment and was told that it could not be done because the clerk had “other things to do”.

When I called to ask a question, the person working there was extremely rude and hung up on me. When I tried to call back to clarify, she picked up and immediately hung up. There’s got to be someone to hire in the area who’s capable of speaking with customers/humans

Doesn't even deserve one star. Completely useless facility. The carrier is rude and disrespectful. They've denied giving people their mail which is illegal. Start calling the police if they tell you they don't have time to look for your mail. Absolutely insane that these people have jobs.

If I could give 0 I would. The lady answering the phone is rude and hangs up on you not friendly in person, the passport photos get rejected, and they push you out saying that's all they can do. Go ANYWHERE else rather than waste $15. Even poor service would be better

USPS website directs me here to get fingerprints done. After a 30 mins drive, I arrive only to be told that the machine is down and it hasn’t worked for many weeks. The woman behind the counter didn’t seem to care and stated she’s known about it for a while. When asked what she could do to avoid me from being instructed to come to Pennington, she said, you should have called upfront. At no time am I asked to call upfront and in fact, the email received this morning states I should “walk in”. Show some initiative and report it so that Pennington gets taken off the list of options. Now I have to drive another 25 mins further away. Inefficiency baffles me!!

One minute late for Passport appointment and the woman informed me she would not see us,. One minute !!! There were 2 other customers and 2 more postal workers so she wasn’t busy. Upsetting experience.

Appointment for a new passport book. Melanie was pleasant and helpful assisting my mother with the process of her application. Melanie made the process was fast and easy. Melanie provided service in a courteous, professional manner with positive attitude.

Horrible postal employees. Too damn lazy to do their job properly, which is affecting my business that relies on shipping items. I had 8 packages in my mailbox to go out for pickup from my postal person, but the lazy driver left one package in the back of my mailbox, and dropped another on the ground, and then left, with my mailbox still open and the package on the ground. Such LAZY INCOMPETENCE. Just because your drivers hate their job, is not an excuse for them to damage my business.
The ladies in the post office front desk are quite lovely. But whoever delivers my mail is a lazy employee that doesn’t give a crap if they destroy your mail. TRAIN YOUR DAMN EMPLOYEES.
