Bryce truly went above and beyond to help me. He was patient, knowledgeable, and took the time to explain everything clearly. His customer-first attitude made what could have been a stressful experience completely seamless. It’s rare to find someone who genuinely cares about making sure you’re taken care of, Bryce is that person. Verizon is lucky to have him, and I’ll be recommending him to friends and family!

Two days ago, I called your store to see if you had heard about a particular issue I was having with my phone and had the good fortune of connecting with Bryce. After trying to get help with this issue from other sources, and being left very frustrated, it was nice to talk to a friendly person.
I got the idea that maybe Instead of continuing to bang my head against the wall trying to fix the issue, I would prefer to upgrade. However, I was going to be heading out of the country in two days and wasn’t sure I could spare the time to do that before going. On the other hand, I really wanted to have a new phone before going.
Today, a Sunday, I called the store and was pleased to connect again with Bryce. I asked him if it would be possible to do the upgrade and have him help so that I could spend a minimum amount of time in the store. He was extremely accommodating and I was able to spend less than 15 minutes in the store and have a brand new iPhone today in time for my trip. In addition, Bryce picked out a case that was very similar to the one I had on my previous iPhone that wouldn’t fit the new one. It was perfect and it saved me the time of having to look through the cases and wait for him to put it on. He was so thoughtful! I am extremely grateful to him for making this work for me and for being so kind.

Oh my gosh!!!! Run don’t walk to go see Bobby and Corey. These two gentlemen save us significant money, we’re so knowledgeable, the education was incredible. Bobby and Corey therefore Verizon has our business, and personal accounts for life.
