Met Dayanna to set resolve a complicated banking issue. We explained everything as we went along and set accurate expectations about when it should be resolved. Was so impressed we went back to her for service on another issue. She was patient, compassionate and competent. Thank you, Dayanna!

My husband and I wanted to set up a savings account for our two year old. We had the day off so we all went in together. I didn’t realize we needed an appointment to open an account, but they had time so they helped us anyway. Alex was great and personable and got us all set up. While he was doing that, Q and Karissa were entertaining our 2 year old. They brought her water, markers and gave her a frisbee before we left. I felt like everyone went out of their way to take care of all of us and we so appreciated it! Wonderful group of people.

Made an appointment for 10:00am last week for today with a "Banker" at the Pennington, NJ branch. I was told at the door that she did not come in today, I asked if someone else could help, he said only 1 teller showed up and the line was ridiculous! Said to come back Monday, I work, that's not happening. No apology, attitude was "too bad". Very disappointed in this branch.

Customer service is very poor. i had to wait 15 mins and then someone came and said i will be with you soon. you should not have to wait over 20 mins to deposit or withdraw money

Went inside the branch which is on limited service due to Covid. Manager politely asked me to use the drive up. Honestly he could have just handed my check and ID to the teller running the tubes.
