Did you know the computer is wrong about your part about 15%or the time. It's uncanny
I haven't actually calculated the actualn% but I have actually stopped going to advanced for anything behind the counter. It's rare that anyone knows anything outside the computer. I been in the industry as a tech for 35 years and though there are some good counter people scattered.... most know nothing beyond what the computer says and it is often wrong.

Store was out of stock of a lot of different items, was disorganized, and unkempt. Staff wasnt very knowledgeable but they seemed as if they were trying. Directly across the street at Autozone I found all the items I needed in stock and the place was super neat and clean. I normally love Advanced Auto but this one needs a lil more care.

It's an auto parts store, innit? If you've been in one, you have roughly an idea what to expect.What raised this to a five-star review, however, was that they did NOT have what I needed, and the person at the desk readily suggested to me which other stores nearby might have carried what I wanted, rather then directing me to try his employer's website.THAT is being helpful, my dude, and for that, this store gets five shiny orange-yellow stars from me.

Very dirty store, employees smell like weed and do not dress appropriately for work. Parts are either not in stock or incorrect. Only some of the reasons why I choose to take my business to autozone auto parts!
