The girl Maria is so unprofessional, went in to upgrade my line, and add a line. The girl never asked if i wanted to keep my number, refused to refund my money for the line she didn't add. Was so cocky and unprofessional. We left the store with no services rendered, when i check my bill she never canceled the new line on billing end. She seems to preoccupied with being cocky and not doing her job. The place smells like someone poured perfume through the vents. Whole experience was terrible. After 9 years i will be leaving boost.

Well my sister was there purchasing a new phone,and the lady there was very helpful. She could use another person to help her , cause were there for a while. She did know how to multitask.

Really friendly staff that work here for Salem store.. And are good with all their customers.. The staff that work here are always with a smile.. And happy.. I would always recommend my family and friends to go to this store.. The service is great with boost Mobile. Couldn't have it no other way. I be staying with boost for a long time..

Let me tell you, I had the pleasure of doing business with these ladies and I just want to say Angela the manager has done an excellent job at training these ladies. Maddie is so helpful and informative and if she is not sure she will get the correct information. Walked out of here very pleased and satisfied. Thank you thank you, thank you !!!

Went in Today to just get information on switching from metro their were 2 amazing girls working a manager and employee they were so helpful I made the switch today. They went above and beyond to help with my contacts and all. I will be making this a family plan and adding on my children great prices services and patients on top of multitasking as they were so busy but yet still acknowledged and handled everyone in a friendly professional manner! I am beyond pleased with this store and costumer service 5 stars from me. Make that switch!

Well I left Boost Mobile so what's that tell you. They sold me a case and the like glass screen protector that wasn't even the right ones for the phone I bought that day. I then spent the next 4 months going there over and over again trying to get the right accessories for the new phone whoever was working on those days kept telling me I need to speak to the manager who was not there, so I left my phone number for the manager to call me, she never called. This went on for 4 months of me walking all the way there and back home again without being able to speak to the manager cause she was never there. So a year and some months goes by and I still didn't get to speak to the manager and I still had the case that didn't fit the phone and the wrong glass screen protector, which by the way the manager sold me when she sold me the phone, she was the one who put the accessories on the phone. I believe the 2 items were $35 which I still have. I've switched cell carriers to T Mobile, who I love got the new Samsung Galaxy Note 9 amazing phone people!!! I went one more time up to Boost Mobile told my story again and again I'm told you have to talk to the manager, I said how she's never here and she never calls me after I leave my number, the sales clerk informs me they have a new manager now, so again I leave my phone number. I became a T Mobile customer on November 16, 2018 and I STILL HAVE NOT HEARD FROM THE BOOST MOBILE MANAGER!!!!! I still have my receipt for the Boost Mobile cell phone, which just wouldn't work anymore for god knows why and the 2 accessories. I'm disgusted by the whole situation, so before you decide to be a Boost Mobile customer I hope you read reviews people post on here. If you do get a cell phone from Boost Mobile and the sales clerk or manager puts on the case and screen protector check it before you leave the store.
