Went in to have acrylic removed instead of refilled. They told me they were closed. It was 5pm. They are open until 7pm. It was ok that I've been coming to them for services....new set, refills, pedicures, designs etc. but turned me away when I want to give my nails a break.

This was one of the worst services I’ve ever had in my life don’t recommend. the man who did my nails literally asked me what’s wrong with me I feel like they were a little bit racist because I paid full price but I feel like they were rushing on my nails the full time that I was there from the time I sat down in my chair they treated me differently and was clearly annoyed with me even though I did nothing wrong. My nails came out a little bit grumpy and not a smooth as I would like them to be.Services: Acrylic nails

If you are looking to get your nails done this is the place to go. I never get my nails done professionally but when I saw the PHILLIES nails I had to check it out! The employees were extremely friendly and polite to the point I felt as thigh though we were family!

They were a little quiet in the beginning but super friendly at the end. The gentleman that did my feet did an amazing job! I want him to continue being my pedicurist I guess you say. The massage was wonderful, the care he took was amazing and the young girl that did my nail art was super sweet I liked her a lot. My daughter loves it there and now I know why!! It was my first visit and I think I will continue going there!!❤Services: Manicures
