It's always clean and the landscape is so nice. Apartments are spacious, especially the bathrooms, even with the washer and dryer in them.

This place raise the rent every year and the apartment is very outdated. One thing I like about the apartment are the friendly staff and quick response of the maintenance if you had any issues.

I make deliveries to this place and is always so calm,quiet,no kids running around and they know how to keep up with landscaping.I don't know about living here since I'm from Delware.
