Horrible bank. It advertised opens at 9 but still sitting in the drive though at 20 after. Still no one at window. I will be closing my account here soon.

Came to the bank today to make a withdrawal through the drive-through. Put my ID and my check in the tube and send it to the teller. I sat there for 15 to 20 minutes at a drive-through before anyone even responded to us. Kept hitting the call button to find out what’s going on. Finally, some young lady comes and tells me she sent me a text message. Never got a text text message. She resent it. Apparently I have to put my four digit pin number in the text message for them to take money out of my account even though they have my New Jersey’s drivers license. Why do you ask for ID then? The thing that pisses me off the most, Lily sat there she could’ve came across and told us earlier about the text message. Instead, they’re back there playing on her cell phone. This TD Bank branch needs to be closed. Since they can’t help the customers, why should they be open. I think they forget they need their customers to stay open. Whatever happened to customer satisfaction? Definitely wish I can give this bank a zero. I’ve been with commerce Bank, which became TD Bank since the 1990s, this branch is the worst out of all the branches. Definitely thinking about closing. The eight accounts we have with this bank. Don’t need you. We have options. You need to remember that.

I wish I could give this 0 stars! The clerks were very rude and not helpful! It was a run around trying to access my account. Don’t come to this bank unless you want your money taken from you. We will never bank with you guys ever again. Terrible experience

Great bank! Banking hours are good especially Friday till 7pm. Very polite and helpful staff. Michelle is great she is always ready to help you.

I wish I could give this no stars. Manager Jose Martinez was obnoxious and the rudest person I have ever met. You work for a bank, you are to serve customers. He told me he was not obligated to open an account for me that he was doing it as a courtesy. UMMM excuse me, that is your job!!!

This Place is HORRENDOUS. Sat for an hour and a half to open an account for my daughter and the lady comes and says it's going to be another 30 minutes. 5 people in the back and 1 doing accounts. So freaking ridiculous. Taking my business elsewhere. For Real..

The "most convenient bank" closes at 5pm? How am I supposed to make a deposit after I leave work? Try 7pm like the TD Branches in Delaware.
