This location is so whacky! Employees don’t care about the customers at all. All they care about is their gain. I explained to the “store manager” that I am having some health issues currently & I am in the hospital and he was nonchalant and demanded that I make a payment. On top of that he wants me to make a payment on furniture that was delivered broken. Still waiting for them to deliver the furniture to swap it out for furniture that isn’t broken.

Unprofessional will pick up and hang up phones. Manger Robert is always unavailable when you call. Or sales manager Spanish lady says he is at the bank. You call hours later Robert still unavailable. They are sending incorrect orders to customers. I've been waiting 2 weeks for my delivery.... Very Unprofessional business.

No stars they tell u anything to get u to buy I was told a year ago that my sofas came with the center piece when they deliver it wasn’t there I call the store and they say no that that was nt include on the price but I can purchase separate if I want it also the wood from the sofas was making noise when u sit on the couch I told them and they say they will send someone which they never did either thanks God this is my last payment this month on my sofas

I been trying to call this store all day since the website said I needed to go in. Figures I'd call to see what I needed to bring with me but noone ever answers the phone. I have been calling all day and not one time have they picked up. Not only that after about 2 mins of ringing it just hangs up. Guess I know where not to take my money

Not only are these people charging triple the amount we would pay in a regular furniture store.. mind you this is used furniture they are giving us... they have the most rude customer service on down to the so called store manager... everyone is the store manager in the Pennsauken store. I had to hang up on this guy. I called to make my second to last payment.. and he asked me when will I make my next payment.. wtf.. he wanted to argue with me over a payment that's not even due yet... smh. One more payment and never again

This place is very unprofessional deserves no stars had to call them to schedule my drop of date and when they finally called back the manager who I had spoken to was very rude I do not recommend buy from this particular store at all horrible customer service

Customer services is rediculous. They say they will call you back in 20-30 minutes never called me back that day. Called back the next day and they said they will call me back in 5 minutes and never called. Items ship however one item didn’t due to damage. Got the item that was supposedly reordered however with a piece on it seem flimsy and to be hot glued on back. This is rediculous and I’m never shopping at Aaron’s again this will be my last time. I need some reducing on my product that I have lease ASAP

Worst experience ever there all rude and unprofessional they hang up on u when u call in for questions or concerns I'll make sure to tell people to never get anything from these people! Ask for my furniture to be returned still made payments on it and it took them 2 months to go pick it up out of the 3 months that I was in between houses but still made my payments

Drove a half hr after approval online and was told to bring drivers license and approval letter. Went in and found a refrigerator we liked. Went to buy it and we were both shocked at the sales rep. Was told I needed to be a new customer so we tried to signup but was told i need to go home and then call and then re bring in my license but this is while im in the physical store. They wouldnt sign us up but told us to call back if we wanted the fridge. After we told them we wanted this model refrigerator. Im slightly confused and dont think i will come back after driving to the store already

If there was a negative * button I would give it a negative 5 Stars the service agents are the most disrespectful, rude, and, incorrigible people. I don't even know how they're employed. I don't even know how Venus is allowed to be a customer service representative. I have called Aaron's corporate several times and made several complaints. i am still awaiting a return call.
