Auto Shine would have received a 5-Star from me because of their friendly service from Mohammed (who took me on a tour throughout my car’s wash steps ? ) and Anasi (who shined my tires with the biggest smile ever ? ) but did not get a 5-star because I only went to get my car washed/cleaned because of the ashes (yes, I know ? I need to stop smoking ??‍♀️??‍♀️) but that did not happen and I paid for the “Ultra”??! My husband said I have to let them know what I need done ????‍♀️??‍♀️??‍♀️!Thank you ENTIRE team at Auto Shine for making my car shine and the friendly service that I received today!!!?? NOPE!!! “The facilities are amazing.

I originally rated this place at 5 stars. I'm ammending my rating due to the following:

They originally opened with three payment lanes to streamline the customer flow. This feature was especially advantageous for customers with an unlimited plan. Unbeknownst to the customers, eventually the lanes were reduced to two lanes during summer 2024 and currently as of Aug 4, 2025 they operate with one payment lane. This causes an extreme bottleneck. Customers with unlimited washes have no way to proceed swiftly through the line. Customers who must pay at the terminal are also inconvenienced because if there is a payment issue or malfunction with the terminal, it instantly causes the line to remain stagnant. In addition to the limited payment lanes, once your wash is complete, you exit where the vacuum service is located. Also as of Aug 4, 2025 there are six inoperable vacuum spots. Further impacting the entire experience. As a result I decided to remove my monthly unlimited washes. Time is such a valuable commodity and Mach-One offered the capability of multiple payment lanes and many vacuum spots. With their currently reduced capability they offer nothing drastically different than other car wash service facilities.

Note: Their prices are exceptionally reasonable with free vacuum included with all washes.”
