Discmakers Pres is FULL OF SHIT. He wrote an email - his name is on it - sent it out to whomever, I received one, and in that email at the end of it, he wrote, AND I QUOTE: "Send me a message, I answer every email" REALLY LIAR???? That was in late June. I wrote him a direct message. It is now Auguest. Guess what? No email B/C THE PRES IS FULL OF SHIT.

I was fine with their artwork production and the sound quality of the CDs that they produced, but due to my apparent error in replacing one of the tracks prior to order placement, my songs ended up ranked incorrectly on the CDs. Could they not have done me the courtesy of an email 'proof' of the song order? This would have saved me so much embarrassment. They only offered to sell me additional disc's at a small discount. I am crestfallen.

If there was a zero star to give I would've given it. I ordered 1000 4 panel digipaks. The colors on the cover of the first pressing were way off. They agreed they made a mistake and would do a 2nd pressing. That took 2 weeks to do. The second pressing had intermittent white blotches in different places on some of the CDs. After another 2 weeks of trying to figure out what happened (they said they couldn't figure why it happened), they wanted me to send the entire order back so they could open them up, locate the defective ones, re-press them, shrink wrap them and send them back. That would take an additional 2 weeks to get them back to them, have them to do their thing and then send them back to me. This decision came 2 days before the scheduled release date of the CD. Releasing a CD is a time sensitive thing. Release dates were set, CD release party was booked at a local venue, publicists were hired. They wanted me to postpone it all so they could take their time to sort out their incompetence. They didn't even consider any of this, just send us back the entire inventory so they can find their errors. I said at that point I couldn't send them back and asked for a full refund. They came back a few days later and offered me a 35% (before ship & tax) refund.No one really cared about my project. You would think that after they screwed up the first run, they would take extra care to make sure the second run was good, but they clearly didn't. Their 35% offer was non negotiable, no discussion. They said it's only 35% because I didn't send back the inventory so they could just throw it in the garbage.I've used discmakers in the past many times and they were great. But clearly they're not anymore. Their quality control and customer service are horrible. Avoid at all cost.

I'm only giving a 2 star rating because my first project in 2018 with them, and another with them through a label in 2020, went well. But...they ruined my 2nd project with them in 2022. Their print quality went *DRASTICALLY* downhill. It looked completely amateurish and cheap. The black was no longer black but brown. The logos that printed fine previously in 2018 and 2020 now were smeared and illegible, even after resizing them and getting them approved when they flagged the initial design.Then they still had the nerve to charge me shipping for this abysmal print job. They will never get a penny from me again. Ruined my CD release.

Not real thrilled with the customer service rep I'm working with now. Dismissive, arrogant and not all that helpful - like he really doesn't care much. Approx. completion times don't match on the order confirmation and my dashboard. There have been no production updates in a week. Hoping for the best outcome with this current level of service.

I regret going back to Disc Makers after working with staff at Oasis, but I think now they have consolidated. I know DM acquired CD Baby. DM's customer service (dudes) are rude and arrogant with no soft skills or personality. Do they really hate their jobs that much? Then step aside and let someone else who might actually care about their clients, have a crack at it. We give them 3 stars b/c of their crappy customer service that we encountered recently. They manage to get it done, but it's kind of cut and dry, we provide all the finished tracks and art and all they have to do it print and replicate, assemble.

Our band, Rev. Bubba D. Liverance & the Cornhole Prophets have used Disc Makers for our first six albums. They'll be doing our 7th next year. Service, quality, and turnaround are top notch, plus you can actually get a human on the phone when you have questions or need help. These guys are real pros!

A friend of ours suggested we use Disc Makers. Instant detailed feedback and every question answered and with a smile and no hesitation. A pleasant and productive alliance was formed and the end result was exactly as predicted. Highly recommend these folks if you are in need of those who tell the truth and do the right thing. Kudos to all.

Good work. My biggest issue with Disc Makers is custom service. They were really late on a job, never responded to repeated queries and when I finally got a rep on the phone, she didn't answer my question but, instead, went off into a sale's spiel for a product completely unrelated to music. She would not let me interrupt her. So now, I go to FIVERR.com for all mixing and mastering.

My CDs and CD packages look absolutely gorgeous! Easy process, and my sales rep, Trevor, was very responsive and willing to answer any and all questions. I received a nice discount on shipping, since I didn't need my shipping expedited.

I have used Disc Makers for several years now. I am always happy with their service and this experience was no exception. Their support staff is excellent, kind, knowledgeable, supportive and patient. They are up on the latest technology and are well versed in their products. They are very responsive, getting back to their clients right away. They are creative in coming up with alternatives for various issues such as submitting large files, etc. Great service, great company.
