Happen to visit this location and while checking out this cashier was extremely rude and disrespectful. Another coworker started to sweep as I was standing there and he touched my fur boots with the broom. As he said sorry he continued to do it! I said that’s bad luck and Dior said he said sorry! I replied with I’m talking the young gentleman. Dior said I don’t care about anything you’re saying as she continued to be rude and mouthy. The manager can up and she continue to be rude as I told him the situation and she needs customer service training but it looks like he does too! As I walked back in the store Dior and the manager continued to be unprofessional in front on other customers.

Customer service was terrible. The cashier was on her phone the whole time. Ignore greeting and greeters. Made a little girl cry bc she didn't respond back after she said HI! During my transaction the same cashier was on her phone. I had to tell her to click on her screen twice to complete my order. Never made eye contact with anyone. The associate's name is Liani. Store # 8253. Manager was on duty.

Under incredible NEW MANAGEMENT RECENTLY!!! Store is definitely shaping up quickly. The rude employees are now permanently gone. A new team is in place and the store looks good! Go back and see for yourself. You won’t be disappointed. Manager runs a tight ship and ALL SHOPLIFTERS ARE BEING ARRESTED AND PROSECUTED TO FULLEST EXTENT OF THE LAW. I feel safe there now shopping and it’s FINALLY organized and CLEAN.

birthdays there's always a lot of stock packed in the displays always plenty to look at and choose from especially for themed days like Valentine's Day Easter and New Years and Xmas
