Definitely a 10/10 experience moe & jaz both helped me every step of the way not letting me miss out on good information they both answered every question I had and was satisfied with every answer they gave me. Thank you To Everyone at the Pennsauken Sales! Especially to Moe, and Jennifer and Chantelle! (And everyone who helped make the deal possible!) I have to thank Moe especially for juggling me and a few other customers! He was so very cool, calm and collected at all times. I really enjoyed the fact that he always took the time to explain everything! He went out of his way to make sure that I was a satisfied customer. He handled things from the first introductory handshake to the deal completion handshake! He even had a huge green bow of the car when we we finished. I appreciate him saying that I am now a member of the Enterprise Family and to always call him with question of concern. This is the great secret to buying a car! It was a smooth quick and pleasant experience when I purchased the car....that quickly changed once I started to find things that were broken hidden or needed to be replaced..they don't want to be bothered. I have had this car 6 months December 1st a week after getting the car I had to have interior light fixed that is not working again after driving to Philly which is where I was sent, my wiper flew off the car, I found a hole in the floor while vacuuming it was covered with a plastic patch I assumed belonged there until I saw the hole and already had to have the car radio replaced thank goodness I purchased the warranty but still had to come out of pocket for the deductible when I reached out to my guy Mike that sold me the car he said "can I call you back" a week later sent him a text with pictures of the hole and complaint for the deductible that should not have been my problem not even 6 months in I have not heard back this is the start of the 3rd week. Long story short I will not be returning and looking for trade options I shouldn't have to argue make a scene call a bunch of times its sad they want to make the sale and everything else is on you. I sent a friend and she purchased a vehicle about a month ago I hope she doesn't start experiencing the same as I have.

I will never do business again with enterprise I put a big down payment with my debit card. They don’t let you test the car in the highway. Well I fell in love with this Toyota but once I drive out the lot to my house the brakes and the gas was vibrating. and it was lack of power . I then return the car next day. It’s been more then 2 weeks and I have not received my down payment yet. Cooperate sucks . They act like it’s no big deal . It’s my money and I want it back .

As far as I am concerned this was one of the best experiences, I ever had in buying a car. The staff was second to none. The service was par excellence. Having said that after purchasing the car I decided that I was not ready to give up my 2019 Nissan for a 2021 Camaro with the same amount of mileage. I would definitely recommend Enterprise car sales to any. They were a great team.

First, you got what you paid for it.I expected to have a clean car and no defects in a regular rental car. Instead of that, I got a left brake light broken, Olivia did make an appointment for me to repair it and passenger seat have sticky bubble gum stain. And it is a smoker car.Manager Jennifer did call me, and I explained what I got, and she gave me a phone number to call to clean the bubble gum and Chris never called back.For a $350 cheaper than Kelly book, I will never purchase a rental car for the rest of my life. I have learned my lesson.

Shout out to Michael & Olivia at this location! When I came in I met Michael first & told him everything I was looking for. He was professional, kind, patient, wasn’t pushy(like most people in sales) & extremely helpful during the process! He showed me a collection of vehicles with everything I wanted that I could choose from & even called in for a car that was at a different location for me to see/test drive. He allowed me to take my time to make my final decision, which I appreciate. I met Olivia after making my decision when I came in another time & she was very sweet & accommodating. Both had great customer service! I recommend asking to work with either one.

Very friendly & helpful staff, cars were clean & mechanically sound or they would not even offer for sale. The car I had transferred in was not fit for sale so they brought in another identical car without any delays. Would absolutely shop here again.

Poor Customer service!!!I was excited to purchase my Mini Van. We had been looking for sometime and Vans were had to come by. I purchase this vehicle from enterprise with the warranty. We noticed two days after purchase that the car vibrated when riding on the highway. We Immediately called enterprise schedule service. First they mechanics said it was the brakes, then it was the wheel balancing and it still didn't work. Finally I took the car to have a full assessment and it showed that the wheels are bad and the vehicle needs alignment. I haven't got an appointment yet because the dealership needs corporate approval and I have been waiting 2 weeks. Every time I call, I am told the manager. Head and emergency or she is on a phone call. And I never get a call back. I Didn't even get a phone call to let me know that. My license plate had arrived. I feel like after Enterprise got my money they could careless

Initial experience was very good. Olivia was very helpful kind, patient, and not pushy at all. I was completely prepared to purchase a car from them, even despite some very slight reservations. HOWEVER her manager Jasmine turned me completely off from the deal at the end. From angrily yelling loudly across her office at her employees to pick up their phones, to not respecting the budget I had in place for what I wanted to spend monthly on my car. She was very pushy with the car add-ons after I said NO multiple times. She belittled the budget I had. I was repeatedly told that “if $44 is a real issue for you then maybe you should get a cheaper car.” After which, she quickly dismissed my father and I without even offering to show more cars. Please do not patronize me or count the money in my pocket. There was a much better and more professional way you could’ve handled this.

I made the switch to an electric car and they made it easy. They found me the perfect car and I'm all set now. They took care of everything and this is the fourth straight car I've bought this same way from Enterprise in 15 years and thr first from this location. They were just as good in service as the first three. Thank You.
