When I went to donate a few items, I was met with an unhappy, rude employee who made a couple of statements saying that they don’t accept trash. However, she didn’t even see all the unused clothing I was donating. She made me feel unwelcome, and I didn’t appreciate the negative energy she brought to the situation.

Will you please stop wrapping things in plastic bags and will you please stop taping plates together with that awful tape! Charge a dollar for cups and a dollar for plates and let people pick what they want to pick! And where is all your silverware?

Support a good cause by donating your unwanted items to the Goodwill Store near you. I also like to browse the store for collectibles like Norman Rockwell, beer steins, and dolls, it's actually really fun going through the store. Staff is always friendly and ready to help unload your stuff, or assist with larger purchases. You won't get a better bank for your money with the great pricing and deals here. Before you toss it , donate to your local Goodwill and take the tax break.

I fell in your parking lot on October 2, 2023. My 18 year old daughter witnessed this. Your sidewalk is uneven between cars and building. I came in and reported it to a cashier but she didn’t help. I suffered a badly sprained ankle.

Typical second hand store. I must say over the years has gotten a bit run down. I don’t entirely blame staff. I’ve donated some items there and have seen people dumping whole trash bags of ripped clothes and socks with holes in the donation bin. Can’t believe it. No humanity. Most of the people on the receiving end are not from US and take all donations. No arguments. Some barely speak English. Some workers in the store are just serving for Com. Service and do not care about the place at all. The store inside has a stagnant smell and is dirty. Again it’s a thrift store but my goodness. Another issue customers leaving trash in the parking lot. Really went downhill.

Small selection of clothing, inadequate marking of items and very unorganized.

As other reviews state, they definitely over priced pretty much everything in the store that they’re able to look up. You can find hidden gems if you look hard enough. I rarely ever leave here empty handed and I’ve found some awesome vintage treasures here!!

This is our favorite GW. There's 2 parking lots. The one the store is on is always packed. The furniture section is barren and sad. The home goods section is well organized. The book section is abysmal. As an avid reader books should be in shelves not in bins. I've never found a book here I wanted to add to my collection. The registers location is odd especially when there's a line. Customers don't know where to stand because the registers are sort of in the middle of the exit instead of near the exit. Each clothing aisle is VERY tight. Difficult for two people to pass one another. The clothing section is immaculate, shoes are organized. There's no ac in the summer making it the hottest stuffiest GW. They have the largest PJ section here and my wife and I have found many articles of clothing we've needed. They have one of the smallest bag sections. Overall it's our favorite. There isn't a bathroom so we usually have to cut our time short but we will be returning as we need to replace certain pieces in our wardrobes. Oh and about 3 of the employees here are top notch.

You can find good stuff at this store. That said, the vibe is getting increasingly weird and desperate here. They put pieces of blankwhite paper over the bathroom signs & when i asked to use the restroom was told "we don't have them" lol. I used the bathroom last time i was here! Anyway, 3 stars because you CAN find cool stuff here still

Apparently this place forgot it was thrift store. Employees put their names on high ticket items then put an absurd price in them. I’m assuming they get a kickback or it’s some kind of contest but no other goodwill in the area does this and I’m sure if the company knew what they were doing they wouldn’t be happy. This 3 piece furniture set is priced at $500! Who goes to goodwill to spend $500? Apparently not many since none of the high priced furniture sells but if it did I’m sure the employee with his name on it would be happy.I’ve also seen the resellers waiting like vultures for the employees to bring out racks of new stuff to cherry pick the good stuff. They’re also constantly in the way in an already tight store. They do have what has to be the largest clothing section around so if you’re just looking for clothes you’ll have luck but if you need a coffee table because you just moved into a new space, look elsewhere.
