Called the owener up explained to him what had happened at a prior shop told him I had to have it towed there. He said he was leaving for the day & to leave the keys in the drop box. Two weeks later he never looked at my car just sat at his shop getting nothing done. Now if he had said before I paid to get it towed to him he wouldn't be able to look at it, I Definitely wouldn't have wasted money taking my car to him. Then he had the audacity to get a attitude when my son & myself came up there. Even took his hat off like he wanted to fight my son. When my son told him he was a horrible business man for giving his mom the run around. Mind you he had my car for two weeks with nothing being done. 1out of 10 he would get a - 5 from me. But I'm happy to know ither people had a better experience then me.

The owner of this place is a joke. He has serious anger issues and should go to therapy. He doesn't know how to talk to people, especially women. The place itself matches his horrible attitude, TRASH!!!!!

Highly recommend if you are looking for the best service and the best price! I stopped here when everyone else was closing down for the night after Walmart Auto Center completely messed up my car when switching my tires. Kasten Automotive was so kind to me from the minute I was on the phone with them to when I picked my car up from them. I have no idea what I would have done without them! They kept me in the loop throughout the whole process of the car being in their possession which I really appreciated. They have incredible pricing, top notch service, and quality workmanship. I would recommend and have already recommended them to my close friends nearby when they get in a jam like I did.
