Keith did a really great job considering the circumstances. Came at 8am Christmas morning. Very communicative and extremely empathic throughout the entire experience. Arrival time updates , procedural times, and return time updates. He picked up our pet and brought her back. Highly recommend.

Called Keith late (midnight) on a Friday. I met up with him in about 30 minutes or so and gave him my cat that had passed. He was kind, friendly and understanding. The following Tuesday I had my little dude back in a nice box with a paw print to go with it.Everything I hoped for and needed. Thank you Keith.
