This was by far the worst experience I have ever had as a customer with a business. I don’t usually write reviews but this shop definitely deserved it. I came in for a simple smart watch screen replacement that never got completed and I had no updates on the status on the repair. It took countless calls to get some updates and I was getting lied to every time I called in. No one reached out to proactively. The customer service was absolutely trash. This was over a 3 week window and I got told that I’d have my device back within a few days of payment. I have been extremely patient and polite through out the whole time of dealing with this shop and I still kept getting lied to every time. The owner promised to give a refund for the hassle I went through and still has yet to deliver on his “promise”. The entire staff is not truthful. If you like being lied to and wasting your time for no reason, definitely give this shop a try. They’re real good at wasting your time and money. I wouldn’t recommend this to shop to anyone even if I was getting paid to do so.

Last July, I brought my phone in for a screen repair. I chose this shop because they could do the repair more quickly than other shops and we were leaving for vacation in a few days. I picked it up just before we left for our trip and even though the screen was repaired, the camera had been broken in the process. Consequently, I could not take any photos on our vacation, which is disappointing to say the least. This started a sage of the shop having my phone off and on into September trying to repair the camera. Communication was very unclear, they would tell you "It will be ready by 5pm tomorrow", and then I would show up to pick it up and they phone would not be in the shop, they said it was at another location getting fixed. This unclear communication about when the phone would be ready happened too many times to count. My camera was finally fixed at no extra charge, but almost two months after the original repair. They did not charge extra, so I accepted that as a resolution. I chose not to give a review, because I figured all businesses make mistakes sometimes, and I just wanted to move on.It was a few weeks later that I got a google notification thanking me for my review of the shop, giving it 5 stars and a "Good Job!" I DID NOT write this review, someone at the shop must have when they had my phone. Again this did not sit well with me, but I simply deleted the review and decided to move on.In November, my camera stopped working again. I finally took it to another local repair shop yesterday to get the camera replaced. To my surprise, this shop could not replace my camera due to extreme damage done to the motherboard by Pennsauken Phone Repair. My only option now is to get a new phone.I would not recommend this repair shop to anyone based on my experiences.

I took my laptop to this place to get repaired they told me 75.00must be paid up front. So I paid them they also said it will be do ne on Friday so I called they said the part wasn't in. I gave them a month to fix it they could not fix it so I took it back and asked for my money back. They said no refund .I said you didn't do anything. And all of this coming from the owner who sat in the back hiding in the back hiding behind a women

First off I would give this place less than 1 stars they are the worst! Took my phone in to get an unlocked paid $250. The owner told me it would take up to 10 days for it to be done. Waited and called them once those 10 days came up. They told me it still wasn’t done and make me wait for over a month. I was extremely patient but they are just so inconsistent with their words. A month goes by and I called they said the phone is ready for pickup. We came and picked up and the phone was on 1% and turned off. He told me go home and do the activation myself with an earring, when I literally paid him to do it. I went to go turn on the phone and it said “iPhone locked by owner” I left my phone in there for a month paid them $250 upfront and it still wasn’t done. Next day I went there and they said they don’t know why the phone was locked, that they were going to call the company to see why the unlocked didn’t go through so we left the phone. 2 days go by and they never called us back so we called and they told us it was 48 phones ahead of me so it would take much longer. I told them I wanted to get a refund and he said he doesn’t use “square anymore” and to contact my bank for the refund. They are just bad business in general and scammers. I would be taking this to the court. DONT DO BUSINESS WITH THEM!!!!!

Avoid at all costs-not worth your time, money, or the headache! There's a common theme in other reviews here and on Yelp: poor communication, blatant lies, and argumentative responses (from Jordan, the "manager") to valid claims. It even appears that they have paid for some of their positive reviews, and I see that their only positive Yelp review is from the owner! I dropped my phone off to have a screen repaired after confirming that replacements were in stock, and that the work would be complete by next day. No other damage was observed at this time. 3 days later, after stories about "missing shipments" and "it'll be ready tomorrow", the shop tells me that the shipped part has yet to be found, and that it is "not our fault that your phone's not done yet." At this point I ask to retrieve it and have the repairs completed elsewhere, but they refuse to return the phone. Hours later, Jordan claims "he's had a busy day and hasn't been able to check yet" but confirms that the phone repair is ready and guarantees that it can picked up at 10am. Day 5 Jordan tells me that "the phone is 60% done, Bro-ski, just a few more minutes". At this point I voice the fact that I have been told three separate times that the phone is ready for pickup, but the work is still yet to be completed; and that it is unacceptable to continuously receive inaccurate information. Jordan counters that I "should just take it elsewhere," that "he's taking a loss on the repair" and insinuates that he is doing me a favor by completing the work to which he agreed (and for which he was paid in full in advance). I inform Jordan that not only did he lie to me when he told me that the phone was ready last night, that he lied to me again when I arrived, and he said that he only needed a few more minutes. I tell him that I did not appreciate the lack of communication, contradicting excuses, being blatantly lied to, and having my time wasted by driving to retrieve a phone that they have yet to repair. It is at this point that Jordan and the Owner inform me that they have yet to complete the work as they ordered the wrong replacement screen. They guarantee it'll be ready tomorrow. Day 6, Jordan places my phone on the counter and tells me that "it's ready, but there is some bad news." He flips the phone over to show that the bottom third of the back-glass is missing completely. He tells me that his technician "thought it was a back glass replacement", even though this phone was in for a screen replacement and had no other existing damage when placed in their possession. Again, Jordan becomes argumentative, saying "what's the problem? The phone works. I thought you just wanted to get something off it, and that's why you were in such a rush to get it." I remind him that we are 6 days into what he estimated as a 1-day repair, and that it is unreasonable to expect me to accept the phone in its current condition. Refusing to take any responsibility for his failures to rectify the situation, Jordan gets angry when I ask why I was not notified of the damage prior to arriving at his shop. He again claims that the phone will be ready tomorrow. Day 7 I return to retrieve the phone and notice that the back glass has been replaced with inferior 3rd party parts, the fingerprint sensor no longer works, outgoing calls are not transmitted the receiving phone, and the wireless charging coil no longer functions. Jordan claims they will repair all at his cost. Day 13 I arrive at our agreed upon time to have these outstanding issues rectified, only to find that Jordan has yet to even order the replacement parts. Day 15 I return to retrieve a phone that they claim they have fully repaired. These issues have yet to be resolved at all. At this point that I demand a refund for services, which is refused. I take the case to small claims court, and a judgement in my favor is issued by Camden County in August 2023. As of Dec 2023, the sh

Most of these reviews are written by the business when they are in possession of the customer's phone. Notice how they all use the same rhetoric. Anyway, I was quoted at $75, which somehow came out to $120. The screen cracked in my pocket less than a month later and they said that it wasn't covered under the warranty but that they would fix it... for an additional $75... just buy a new phone don't waste your time.

If you're looking to get your phone fixed, this is not the place. Terrible experience. I had a XR iPhone came in to get my screen fixed because it was shattered. Employe explained it would be 80$ and it would take 30 min, cool. When I got my phone back, the screen was lifted 3 cm. My phone would move a lot slower, overheat, and wood glitch. I'm sure parts were removed from the phone. Not to mention the screen that was Replaced was defective. I found this out because later I had to get it replaced again from fix phone repair at the Cherry Hill mall. The employee explain exactly what happened and how the screen sensory stopped working. The employee explained that this could only be possible if someone was messing with your screen or in this case from the previous repair shop. I highly recommend you do not go to Pennsauken Phone repair

Had a major Macbook Pro problem with a motherboard issue, done within 2 days and back to running state. Apple service center suggested for a motherboard change worth 80k, and then found The LaB Phone & Computer Repair which proved to the indeed a good decision. Would strongly recommend for any macbook issues.

This was my first time going to this place. Despite my phone being fully charged it wouldn't turn on and function properly.They knew exactly what the problem was and how to fix it. They did an amazing job repairing my phone under an hour. Can't thank them enough!

My screen broke on me Saturday night, almost all phone repair places are closed on sundays.however, I googled and found the lab phone and computer repair, the owner answered very quickly and gave me a quote. When I got there he was very professional and fixed my screen not even in 5 minutes my phone was brand new again! He was very professional and I will be going back! I highly recommend this place is you need your electronics repaired, you won't regret it!!!! Thank you again the landlord phone and computer repair you have a customer for life!
