I'm challenged by how long it is taking to get results from a blood draw on Saturday April 13th. I'm used to seeing results within 24 hours. TB Gold. What am I missing? Nothing was explained to me by technician.

Encountered a very triggered and rude technician. Whom declared outloud that she couldn't do her job because she said she couldn't deal with my energy and therefore couldn't draw my blood. She then asked the other technician to take me blood, whom did and was very professional and polite.

Had to get routine blood work done and chose this location because they are open on Saturdays. The phlebotomist was nice but she used a large gauge needle to draw my blood, so it was one of the more painful blood draws I've experienced.

Slow as hell, maybe 1 patient every 20-25 minutes, 1 star for being open on Saturday but left after 40 minutes without being tested, also no signs outside

This was my first visit at this location. Typically (in other places) someone comes out, call your name and greet you. Here, no one comes out; they just shout your name from the back! Then a phlebotomist with a hostile attitude interrogates you. She somehow came up with an estimated payment amount of hundreds of dollars for my bloodwork (I've never paid more than $10 to 20 copay for similar procedures) and didn't have any motivation to provide a reasonable explanation. I will never visit this place again.

After checking in, I read previous reviews while waiting to be called back and felt slightly apprehensive about how my experience would be. Fortunately for me, Rich was on duty - he was friendly and professional, answering patients' questions while helping them at the kiosk between appointments. My blood draw was quick and painless and I was done in a flash. I typically have positive experiences at Quest and I'm glad this one was no different!

Very nice staff and easy to get appointment. It is located insider Cooper west building at floor 2. My 3 years old son was very comfortable during his visit.

I have an appointment for 7am, the workers didn't arrive until 7 and a little after. There is a line outside of their door and it is 7:20

Nice, clean-looking facility. Tech was friendly & blood draw didn't hurt. There was no one at reception, but they called people back as they signed in from the kiosk (this was not a problem for me but could be for some patients).

Extraordinarily rude in all interactions. Check- in system was broken, and they placed blame on multiple customers affected. Clearly workers there do not want to be there and have disdain for patrons
