Store is getting very expensive and to make matters worse, they got rid of styrofoam so they are missing some basic products they had before and what they do have is too expensive

Every employee here has an attitude when everything could be said nicely manner or just a neutral manner. When I called in to ask about an inventory check the lady on the phone was rude and condescending and said she doesn’t know what I was talking about and that she had other customers to take care of. I said I know she was busy and I just wanted to make sure she had an item in stock before driving all the way here and just to have her slam the phone on me. I came in again and just to have an employee after another get upset when asking a question or two. Always spending more time at checkout than actually shopping.

This restaurant depot has lots of kosher and halal ? even during pandemic there was lots of fresh products. Definitely has a great manager? Staff is very friendly and kind!

Perhaps the worst example of customer service in business today. I still haven't figured out why someone hasn't decided on competing with this business. The similar setup with even the most basic competence and customer service skills would crush Jetro and Restaurant Depot out of existence. It always takes twice as long to check out as it does for the lengthy time shopping. That's because the cashiers make repeated mistakes, constantly have to void and reenter, and are seemingly more interested in chatting with one another than focusing on the task at hand. I dread the moments when I need to visit, and that's why I keep them to a minimum

Very challenging trying to find products. So crowed that is hard walk on aisles, afraid that the forklift could run you over. If you don't need to shop in bulk I wouldn't recommend it.

Price is good in most time, it is cheaper than food suppiler sometimes.but service in most time is bad .I have no idea why they only have 3 cashier in busy weekend. There is 8 line for check out .it took me one hour for shopping,but half hour for check out in the past 4 years

My first time visiting this place to buy food for my business and as I saw I did not buy anything since this does not look like a Wholesale Food for the simple reason that the prices are very expensive here is an example, One Morton salt 26 oz at $2.54 and at Walmart they sell it for $1.26 what profits one will have on sales, very clearly the supermarkets also have that for $1.00 in other words this is a scam and stupid for the simple reason that the prices are very expensive and it doesn't seem a Wholesale Food

I keep reading negative reviews about staff. Yes, most are ignorant. However, the cashiers are WAY OVER WORKED AND TERRIBLY UNDER PAID!!! We all have choices... pls leave and find jobs who appreciate you!!! One sale here can be 20k and you still only make above bare minimum smfh STOP BLAMING LOWER WORKERS!!!!! CALL CORPORATE!!!!!!?
