“The person on staff when I went was super helpful with me getting pictures of the item boxed and sealed which I needed to send to the recipient. Not only that they were at the same time processing several other customers in an unexpected early morning rush.
I personally think management should make sure if this happens a lot that there’s two people on site. The staff member there handled all of us with professionalism and grace. Totally appreciate you.”

“I ordered my print online beforehand at Campus Copy Center. I emailed Anthony back and forth before coming. When I showed up, it was ready, which I really appreciated. At first, I wasn’t totally happy with the color quality, but Anthony helped me right away and fixed the issue super quickly and easily.
He was honestly so helpful and made the whole process feel simple and stress free. The price was also a lot lower than Staples, which was a huge plus. I’m very happy with how everything turned out. After going to multiple places that say they offer passport photos, like cvs and Walgreens just to find out when you arrive, that conveniently the person that does the photo is never working.
I googled passport photo near me and this place came up, yet it did not when I did I it on Google Maps.
Either way , the gentleman behind the counter was awesome. Walked in asked for a photo, 3 minutes later I was walking out with them in hand. Way better pricing than fed ex as well , only $13 for a set.
Will recommend everyone to go here for there services.”

“I can't say enough about the staff at store 1316. Today I worked with employee 328569 but everyone there is just as great. I do a ton of returning and shipping. Sometimes I am not as organized with my lables and boxes as I should be. The staff at this store are so friendly and helpful. They never turn me away or act annoyed, even when the store is filled with customers. I drive extra far just because I like the store employees so much.”
“I would like to leave a five-star review specifically for Michelle. Her exceptional service truly stood out, and I believe she deserves special recognition for her dedication and professionalism.
I was expecting a package (tracking #7400287136449) while I was on vacation. I contacted FedEx customer support several times to request a "vacation hold" to prevent the parcel from being delivered to an unattended location. Unfortunately, the representative I spoke with (whose name I did not catch) informed me that only the shipper (Apple Corporation, in this case) could make such a request. Despite my arguments that a vacation hold would be mutually beneficial, the agent remained firm in their decision.
After several attempts to achieve a vacation hold, I gave up. Imagine my surprise when, after three failed delivery attempts, I received a call from a FedEx employee at the nearest to my place location. This employee, Michelle, kindly asked when I would be able to pick up my package. Her thoughtful and professional handling of the situation was greatly appreciated.
I am very grateful to Michelle for her assistance. I am unsure if her actions align with FedEx policies, but her decision was convenient, reasonable, and considerate. I kindly request recognition of her efforts and would appreciate being informed of any actions taken in this regard.
Additionally, I would like to suggest that placing parcels on vacation hold might be more practical, economical, and environmentally friendly than attempting multiple deliveries. This is not a rhetorical question; I would appreciate a response from the management on this matter.

“I wanted to share that i went into UPS in Cherry Hill near Wegmans and I.was pleasantly surprised at the NICE young man [Thursday 5/29 around 6pm don't know his name). He restored my faith in younger people and how they response to older people. He was patient non judgmental and very helpful!!! Highly recommend this location. “The post office where I frequent is open from 8:30 am - 5:00pm Monday- Friday and Saturdays 8:30am- 12:30pm. So I already know what to expect upon my visit. It's usually no long line because their busiest hours are usually between 9:00am-11:00am and 12:00pm-3:30pm. Saturdays is best to go early in the morning.”
