Ive been waiting almost 4 mths for a Tens unit. I was told back in May if a script was faxed over they never received it because their fax machine was messed up and they got a new number which was a lie because it's the same fax #. Very unprofessional and unprepared. And horrible lack of communication between supplier and doctors office. I feel bad for all the patients at my docs office who have been waiting for medical supplies for longer then I have.

I became disabled within this past year. I have been put into many different body braces. From my hands to my knees. I stopped in for my first brace last year. The woman Kristin is fantastic. She helped greatly with all my questions and insurance needs. This year I was upgraded to more braces. The owner Isreal had heard my conversation with his employee about my needs. What he has done for me, has allowed me to walk with my braces before I had the health coverage funds. I have never had such a wonderful experience, and I will definitely return. Thank you both so much for helping my husband and myself. Thank you so very very much.

I went in a couple of weeks ago for a brace for wrist . Lady told me to get a doctor note in order to go threw my insurance. I went there last Monday Wednesday and Friday and no one was there. I went to walgreens because I could not take the pain

I had previously went twice and they were closed. And after speaking to the owner he explained he’s been having staffing issues. But went above and beyond to get me taken care of on his off day. I greatly appreciated it since i had been having issues filling my script. And the customer service exceeded my expectations

I went into allstar medical supply last week and I came into contact with a young blonde girl who was the sweetest person ever! I think she was training another staff member at the time. She explained to me that Medicare did not cover what I needed, at first I thought she was the owner.. turns out she was just an employee. An employee that knows what she is doing and knows how to make others feel better, Good job allstar medical supply!
