You delivered a package to my house for someone that doesn't live here. It's an envelope, which you left on the porch in the rain. It's from a bank, looks pretty important.I've now been on hold with your company for 17 mins, through a frustrating pre-recorded greeting that does not allow an option to speak with customer service. I have to state why I'm calling, the automation doesn't understand it. So I sit through a list of options; none of which apply. I say "customer service". It replies "I need to know more before I can transfer you". I say "wrong delivery". It replies "you said billing, correct?". I think I'm currently routed to the claims department. I don't care. Just pick up your stoopit package.... jerks.
