Fort Mott State Park offers a historic setting along the Delaware River with scenic views that many visitors find breathtaking. A guided tour is available, and the tour guide is patient and kind, answering questions in great detail and providing an informative experience. The park is clean and has a nature trail that is a nice, easy walk, plus a decent playground for kids, picnic areas, and plenty of room to run. Visitors can see displays of soldiers from the Roman Legions to the Cold War, including vehicles, horses, and open bunkers and a tower. The fort itself is still intact, though some information boards need replacement. Many guests recommend spending a few hours here for a peaceful walk and to visit the museum.
