“I must admit that I was extremely weary of buying a used car. The last time I purchased a used car was when I was a teenager. But my family we needed a second car. So, by chance we happened to drive by and saw this Range Rover and we stopped and met the salesman, John. He was extremely helpful especially working with the financial institution that I was working with. So, we did have a minor problem, the battery had to be replaced. And usually when you buy a used car it is an as is condition. So I was introduced to Lee Price the General Manager. Let me tell you something, this man is such a professional. He completely worked with me. To get the battery replaced. Other than that, the car rides great. I strongly recommend this place. “In response to Sharon, I am very sorry you are unhappy at this time but you purchased your vehicle back in November 2019 and you had a concern of a check engine light on. You brought the vehicle in the next week we fixed the problem at no cost to you. You needed the vehicle and asked you to take your vehicle thru inspection at your earliest convenience. 6 months has gone by and you moved to Maryland. We took the vehicle thru inspection as promised. There are wear and tear issues that need to be addressed and you refuse to pay for the issues. We have done exactly as promised!”
