“I have purchased two vehicles from Second Chance Motors—a Honda CR-V and a Chevy Avalanche. Both vehicles came with passing inspection paperwork, and the dealership handled all of the title paperwork without any issues. The pricing on both vehicles was fair, and the entire buying process was smooth. Joe, the owner, is upfront, honest, and easy to work with. Based on my experience, I would definitely recommend Second Chance Motors.”

“I’ve been doing business with R&B auto for just over 13 years. I have purchased 4 vehicles from them in that 13 years and let only them service and repair all of my vehicles. Very honest, hard working, and reliable. Great pricing, Fast turn around times, dependable and most importantly they stand behind their work. If you need an honest mechanic or a place to buy a reasonably priced vehicle with no nonsense this is your place.”

“I bought a car in December and issues with it I brought it back and thought is was taken care of but it wasn’t maybe just miscommunication but still had problems and we are going on a few months of having car so I thought the dealer would do nothing to help, after finally reaching out again the owner spoke with me and came up with a fair plan to remedy the situation I’m picking it up today and assume it will be picked up today and he sent several pics of the progress. As long as repairs are done efficiently which I believe they are then I’m pleased with golden motors and will use them again for future vehicles. Thank you again Mohamed for understanding and going above and beyond to get me back on the road”

“In response to Sharon, I am very sorry you are unhappy at this time but you purchased your vehicle back in November 2019 and you had a concern of a check engine light on. You brought the vehicle in the next week we fixed the problem at no cost to you. You needed the vehicle and asked you to take your vehicle thru inspection at your earliest convenience. 6 months has gone by and you moved to Maryland. We took the vehicle thru inspection as promised. There are wear and tear issues that need to be addressed and you refuse to pay for the issues. We have done exactly as promised!”

“I recently bought a 2008 BMW M3, and 3 years ago I bought a 2015 VW GTI from National Auto Sales. I can say I’m very satisfied. The owner was friendly and straightforward with me about the cars, which made the buying process smooth and easy. Both cars are in good condition and perform well. As with any used car, they have their small imperfections, but I wasn’t surprised. I highly recommend National Auto Sales to anyone looking for a used car.”

“I don't know what some people are talking about. I brought my 1st car in DE in 2011. It was a 2000 Ford Focus Wagon. It had minor problems but we agreed as long as we made our payments on time, he would fix the issue, no charge, just pay for the part. The car cost 4500. we kept it for 3 years and sold it for 2000 and it was still in good condition. We drove the car from DE to Charlotte,NC and back several times and it never gave us any issues. We probably only invested 600 in repairs over 3 years. They are good people and they try their best to get you the car you want. but it is best to get the car you NEED! We let them pick the car for us instead going in there wanting an 2013 escalade cuz when u do that, they give you the only one they got which might not be in good shape. Its just that you wanted it and you were willing to pay for it so they gave it to you. Shop around the lot. just don't settle for something thats pretty. Take a mechanic with you next time.”
