Scheduled an appointment for passports, post office called us and told us they didn’t want to do them because there was only one person working. After going back and forth the lady says let me get my manager (thought she was the only one working) Sat on hold for over 30 minutes. This is the reason the post office is failing, employees lie and cannot do the job they are paid for.

No one these days has the time to write a bad review but I found the time today. WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER. Was only there for 5 minutes but was treated like the scum of the earth. I came in to ask if they had a service man available to come and fix a mailbox at a near by apartment complex. I was told the man was not there and I would get a call back. It’s been two weeks and I never got a callback. Not to mention, the man who took care of me seemed as if he’d rather give himself paper cuts between his fingers than have to deal with me. Like please elaborate more about how much you hate your job, Sir. It’s very obvious.

I went in to send a package. I was waiting in line for a bit. After about 5 minutes two women came in with giant totes with many packages to send. I had to write down an address on my bubble pack (which took 2 seconds) apparently that was too long and the cashier took these ladies before me. I had to wait another 10 minutes for them to finish up, meanwhile I had the Address written down before they even begin their transaction. I don’t understand why they had to be taken before me when I was already Waiting, but that was infuriating to have to wait another 10 minutes because I didn’t have an address written

Ever since my wife and I moved into the neighborhood our packages have been delivered to my neighbors house across the street. I would suspect it’s the same driver each time. Because it happens without fail.

Staff is extremely unfriendly. No matter how friendly you are with them, it doesn't change their sour/rude expression.
