I was in line getting my prescription and it took an hour to receive it. Those around me said they were also waiting for a very long time. There was roughly 20 people waiting with me which is absolutely ridiculous. Even my experience going through the drive through is extremely time consuming. Unbelievable

Been charged for medication that covered by insurence...script order on ativan and I've been charged for medication that has always been 0 dollars via my horizan BC/ BS Dsnap HMO so why have been charge for medication that have always been covered
