While Walmart pharmacy still does what it does better than any others, they have also drunk New Jerseys "everyone's a filthy drug seeker" Kool Aid. If you try to get prescription pain medications, plan on either paying full price regardless of your medical plan, or find another pharmacy. Probably Walgreens. Of course this confuses the heck out of the medical providers, who presume that people have one pharmacy that they use for everything, (not when NJ gets its fingers into the mix), so we end up playing "guess where your meds are" about half the time...some things that aren't even close to being pain killers. We're super-disappointed with Walmart; we'd hoped that they were big enough to push back at least a little but it seemed like they caved in to NJ's opioid paranoia before NJ even raised an eyebrow at them. They're remarkably closed-mouthed about this at the pharmacy, refusing to admit that they've lost any business, but who's going to hang around and pay $80/month for a prescription that they can get for under $9 by going up the road, a bit? BTW, thanks ever so, Walmart and NJ, for adding another stop to our list of monthly errands. It's exactly what people who are already hurting and tired need to be doing.

I had a terrific pharmacy experience my first time. I needed an prescription for eye drops filled for my senior blind dog. They were very inexpensive, took my coupon, and saved me a tremendous amount of money. The pharmacist and the cashier were extremely friendly and very helpful!

The store its self is okay. Being in a small town its not usually too crowded. Could be better if it was a super walmart. As far as the pharmacy goes....its the WORST i've ever been to. The woman pharmacist or assistant? is very rude. The young guy that is also a pharmacist just kept complaining that it was his lunch break. The cash registers are ran by 3 elderly women that have no clue what they're doing. The transaction for the woman that was in front of me was never cancelled. The lady couldnt remember the customers name so she just cancelled it out. Then, they completely screwed up my transaction and couldn't figure out how to fix it. I had to walk them through it. The male pharmacist kept saying that my insurance was cancelled. I had just spoken to my ins. and they assured me that it was fine so i let him know and go figure....it came out fine. They have no clue what they're doing. Thank god I was only in there for minor medications. I wouldn't trust them with more serious medications or narcotics. Don't go to this pharmacy!!!!!!!
