Meticulous work. Owner has excellent attention to detail and while I no longer live close, take every opportunity I can to stop in and have my nails done here.

Literally I spend 85 dollars on LCN Nails to fall apart in just 2-4 days. I went the next day to fix one of my nails, then the rest started coming off. Owner really had me waiting to fix it, then blamed me for not taking care of it. Horrible customer service even worse horrible products!!! Never again!

I had a very bad experience today in this place. The woman Linda, she hurted me with a cut in one of my fingers when she was taking off the gel polish. Blood came out. She didn't give me any brake about the price for the incident. She wasn't pleasant at all. I will never go back to that place.

I've been here twice. While the first time was ok, took very long. The second time would be my last return. I am very very pregnant and came for pedicure and gel manicure. They say me for my pedicure and I'm 5 minutes in and 2 people arrive who had made appointments for pedicures. Linda instructs me to move to get my nails done first while my feet are already sopping wet because these ladies had an appointment. While I totally understand they come first because they had an appointment as a business you should know who is coming in for what and not make the pregnant lady OR ANYONE for that matter move while you are in the middle of getting a service. Even the 2 ladies were appalled that I was forced to move. Then Linda did my manicure, rushed through it probably because of our arguing back and forth about the pedicure that I had to clean up when I went home because it was all over my skin. As I went to pay, I stood there at the register for 5 minutes as both Linda and other manicurist saw me standing there. I should've just left and not paid. Not to mention, while the price is cheap there, you get what You pay for. This place isn't clean either. Won't ever be back again after the way I was treated.

Horrible customer service and horrible pedicure. My sister & I walked in to 5 employees in the salon and only 2 patrons. I asked if they had time for mani/pedis and we are told "no problem, yes yes" and shown to 2 pedicure chairs. Well, after 40 minutes of the girl ripping my skin and making me bleed multiple times. My sister STILL hasn't had her pedicure done. Within the 40 minutes of being there many new patrons arrived and when who I assume is the owner, started to show a new patron to a pedicure chair, I asked "is anyone going to do her pedicure? Because she's been sitting there for 40 minutes.." the woman stated "that's what happens when you don't have an appointment." I have been to many local nail salons and have been asked to wait many times for walk-ins, which is completely understandable. But do not tell me "no problem, yes yes" and then tell me the 40 minute wait is my fault. I'm ASTONISHED at the horrible service here and will never be returning!! Stay far away!!!

Worst gel manicure I've ever gotten. I would have given no stars if I could. Didn't really do any work on my cuticles. Very uneven coverage. You can see the layers of polish on the sides because she wasn't careful painting to the edges.

No. No. No. There are certain people that work there that are extremely ROUGH and RUDE. You never know who you are going to get but if you draw the wrong straw, be prepared to have your fingers or toes throbbing and then you will be rushed out the door. I feel sorry for the other girls that work there because they are treated like second class citizens by the owners. There is a nail salon on every corner - don't even bother with this place. Customer service is not a priority here.

Coco Nails in Pequannock is extremely dirty and the staff is very unprofessional. I walked in and wanted to look at swatches for gel nails and after 1 minute I was getting hounded by Linda the owner and the rude nail technician who was going to be doing my nails. They told me just pick anything she has another customer you have to pick anything ! I'm sorry but I'm a paying customer too and if I want to look at my options why can't I?! There was literally not one other customer in there and btw she never had another customer after me so They lied to me and rushed me for no reason. She did a horrible job on my nails and my toes. Im not a complainer but I will put the truth out there about my unpleasant experience. I was there last Wednesday (July 2017) and spent $65 on a gel manicure and regular pedicure, and I left with a nasty unbearable pain in my finger and it started as a small piece of skin that was ripped and turned into a huge blister bubble that went underneath my nail!! It was night time when I left the nail salon and this pain started more the following morning. I have a high pain tolerance, and I thought it would go away so I cleaned it few times a day and put a bandaid on it. Boy was I wrong ! This thing turned into a nightmare! My finger was throbbing and the circulation was cut off, the tip of my finger was bright red I had to hold my hand up so I can get blood flow... It was a bad infection. After a few days the pain was so unbearable I went to the ER. Even the nurse agreed how painful this was. She said never go back to that nail salon again because they don't sanitize their tools! And she is 100% correct. There is no reason why I should be on antibiotics right now and going through physical pain with an infection in my nail all bc I wanted my nails done! I'm sticking to the nurses advice. I never want to go through that experience again! I'm now on 2 different antibiotics for this infection.( End of rant) do not spend your money here !!

Really? I'm not getting polish and you want to charge me $5 to polish my nails? Rip off.
