Pep Boys provides excellent and great service for auto care needs like oil changes, tire replacement, and brake repair. Customers report the team is thorough, kind, and pleasant, offering quick and pretty fast service, though one oil change took over an hour. It is a great place for tires, where you can get new tires, including getting four for the price of three. You can order tires from the website for delivery and installation. The certified technicians provide expert service, explaining issues and completing work like brake and rotor replacement in hours. While sometimes a specific machine might be down, customers state they will definitely come back.
