Dave is, by far, the rudest pharmacist I've ever met. He doesn't care how sick you are, if you live or if you die. You as a patient have to ask him to call a doctor, novel idea right? He will not go out of his way to see what prescription is covered by your insurance and he will LECTURE you AND your doctor about it. I've had my primary, specialist and psychiatrist tell me he is an absolute misery to work with. When you tell him a new diagnosis, he will look at you like you have three heads (apparently I didn't "fit the bill" in his eyes). I was waiting on medication for BLEEDING OUT, and he didn't think to call my doctor when the medication to stop the bleeding wasn't covered: he told ME to, then lectured the nurse practitioner I got on the phonebecause it wasn't the "typical" medication... God forbid he should learn something new to help a patient. Someone should tell that man to change his attitude before he loses his business along with his respect.

My family has been using Pompton Pharmacy over 40 years, not any more. Called about a new med today. PP-"We don't have it, you need to download an app and you'll get money off." Me- I have pretty good insurance, how much will it cost and how much will I save for downloading the app? Do I HAVE to get the app? PP - (irritated) I don't know, all I know is you have to download the app for us to order it and you'll save money. Me- (Confused) can you send the script to CVS? PP - (Angry) they have to call me!! Bye bye Dave!! Like it or not, little man, you are in a service industry. Answering questions and being kind IS YOUR JOB! In my opinion you are not very good at either.

Went in with my wife to buy adult male diapers. Owner was a tad rude and had a dismissive attitude . How is it possible to smell like a chicken parmesan sandwich salad. Anyways. Was chuckled at and was directed towards the isle. Luckily the younger girls saved my experience. Caroline was very nice. As well as you blonde lady up front. Walked me to where I was looking. Won't be back, such a shame !

The staff here is knowledgable and always willing to take the time to explain and answers questions. Also I can no longer drive and Pompton Pharmacy delivers to me. They are very kind people. Highly recommended.
