Remembered walking out of the place back In the day to hear unprofessional comments about my questions. Customer service doesn't follow through with call backs or requests. Tunes don't hold up, very busy. Will never be taking my car back here again. Be warned. Lost out on a whole summer with my ride trusting them.

I couldn't be more frustrated with this shop.I brought my car in for a ECU TUNING, after holding my car for a week straight they told me they couldn't do it. So I go to pick up my car and the next day it's stuck in limp mode and now they're telling me it's not their fault and there's nothing they can do to help. The amount of problems this is causing is beyond me, no professionalism on their end.

My husband and I went to Stage 1 today for the first time because of rattling under the car. Turns out that a HUGH piece of plastic was stuck under the crank shaft. We didn't have an appointment and Rob immediately checked the car, pulled the plastic off (and we all had a good laugh) and we have now found our place to go with all of our car repairs. We were so impressed. Great customer service.

Went in for a dyno/tune on a 2015 GT, and was told another guy Rob knew was doing it over email with him. Not ideal, especially because I went to Stage 1 to have in person knowledge of the tuning being done. A Ford buddy of mine said my tune had issues so I went to a dedicated Mustang tuner (in-person) and he confirmed and showed me there were things wrong with the tune, plus got more hp/tq on new tune. I have a tracking device connected to my car for security reasons and saw that my car across multiple days was driven to locations that had nothing to do with my necessary services. Rob is a good guy, but these are not things that make a customer satisfied or willing to return. I'm not trying to be malicious at all with this review, but good money was paid, and the service received was suboptimal.Services: Auto engine tuning
